La Cerveseria [The Brewery]

Great environment, fun story, highly recommend!

Overall, this was a high quality room. Three factors limit it from hitting the all time highs: technology bugs (nothing game breaking, but enough to cause players to question if tech is in the way), easy confusion on what puzzle is solvable, and theming. The puzzles were well made and varied leading to many moments of excitement and fresh brainstorming. Without hints, we would have stalled in misinterpreting the current puzzle focus because of every puzzle's availability in and overlapping way. Overall, a great experience to have, but it is not one that brings and 'ah ha' moment that you will talk about for years. Even then, it was still well enjoyed and comparatively great.

Theme and decor are OK, and brewing your own beer is a fun premise. The puzzles were a bit too hard for us - probably a skill issue on our end though. We escaped right at the buzzer.

Lots of puzzles without anything particularly exciting or innovative. Compared to other experiences in Barcelona this felt a little dull.

We enjoyed the experience overall, though the first main puzzle was fairly tedious and other puzzles were not super well cued. We also got frustrated by some elements that were available early on but not used until much later. But with all that said it was still a fun experience and there were some puzzles/activities that were novel and fun. We enjoyed the tactile elements and the personalized tech was also cool. The set was also very impressive.

This was another highlight for me. Super solid game both in sets, use of space and puzzles. It was a bit annoying having a phone around my neck for the whole game, but other than that I really loved it. Both games at this location are classic escape rooms made with a high level of passion and love.

A great room full of puzzles and tech. There is a lot to do and some fun moments. I really enjoyed it but compared to some of the rooms available in Barcelona now it’s a bit of a more traditional escape room and didn’t wow me as much as others, hence the thumbs up rather than a heart! But it’s a definite must do in Barcelona.

La Cerveseria is an older puzzle game. It excels in great, forward thinking puzzles while still keeping everyone engaged. The set is on the smaller size, but a group of 4 should have no problem. Now we know how to make beer! Cheers!

Really nice room and unique because of its setting in a brewery. Puzzles and tasks are all following nicely the theme and cover a good spectrum of physical tasks, team work and cooperative challenges and some logic puzzles. Every player was given a character and everyone needed to fulfill specific things only they could do with made sure everyone was well involved.

The hype is real!
