To date this is our most impressive room yet. The puzzles are all interactive, no combo locks, not that we have anything against locks but complete immersion is just so much more satisfying! And this “adventure” bleeds immersion! Don’t miss this one!

I was in Nashville playing the Nashville escape room when the staff st the Berry Hill location told me I HAD to do The Ruins because it's only located in Nashville. They even gave us a sneak preview of the room. The next day we caught an Uber from our hotel and which made us 10 minutes late. We were sharing a room with another two people and they were so gracious about waiting for us to get there our game masters told them we would be a great help to them in the game since they had met us the night before. It felt so great that they did that for us.ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL customer service!!! We got there and the four of us started working the escape room and quickly realized that there is absolutely way too many puzzles to solve and there would be no way to escape with only two people in the room. This room requires at least 4 people. The clue are not always linear and you split up into groups of two and solve puzzles separately until you have to solve some together. The puzzles were pretty challenging. Our team only needed one hint and we worked really well together. Would definitely recommend this escape room! A Nashville must!

Please if you do any room at TEG Berry Hills - let it be this one. No comparison... It's perfect. I've done it three times. Lol.

Wow. This room was massive, 5 rooms within the experience. Note that there is one claustrophobic element, but the puzzles were great. Only a couple of locks (key and combo) in the entire room, most of the puzzles are tactical within the room. Our GM was Matthew, he was super chill and a fellow escape room enthusiast. Great room!
Gameplay flowed amazingly well, massive escape room, 5 smaller rooms within the Ruins
Set design was great, all very Indiana Jones themed
GM was great, his name was Matthew

This room is so on point. Every aspect of it is immersive and there are so many different elements and surprises. The staff, as usual, was so helpful and incredible. Would highly recommend this room.

One lock was not resent properly (we were able to get an item sooner than we should have). It didn't interfere with the game play nor did it diminish our experience. The game master was very apologetic.

Best TEG game ever. Also this game in general is incredible. So much fun. Adventurous, funny, thrilling. Worth the trip out to Nashville just for this room. The build is insane and a step above normal TEG quality. Go play !

This is definitely one of my favorite escape rooms. The set and puzzles were so fun, and unlike any I’ve done before. Our game master, Eric, was also incredible! I cant recommend this room enough!!
Our GM, Eric, was AMAZING!! He was so kind, and even stayed after to show us Easter eggs in the waiting room. I’ve never had a GM like him- he made our day!
