The Hex RoomCross Roads Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThis room has been on our group’s wishlist for awhile! We were finally able to attempt it last weekend! It did not disappoint. Our game master, Coraline, was awesome. The room(s) were filled with multiple puzzles and provided such a unique experience. This particular room definitely requires at least 6 people considering each person plays their own role. The puzzles were challenging but doable. It would be a fun room to attempt multiple times playing different roles.
Stash HouseStash HouseEscape roomIRLThis room was very different from any others. It felt like we stepped into a real stash house. The puzzles were pretty difficult. Some more than others. Unfortunately, our group did not escape, but it was fun nonetheless.
The Last SupperQuest TavernEscape roomIRLThis room was so much fun! The live actor was great and did a wonderful job playing the role while letting us stumble into solving the clues at our own pace. It was creepy, yet scary at times. Such a clever story line.
The Weeping WitchCross Roads Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThis room was, by far, the best room that our group has done. It was scary, the right amount of difficult, and immersive from start to finish! Our GM made the experience.
13th BasementExit Game OC - AnaheimEscape roomIRLThis room was so much fun! There were so many props and fun puzzles to solve. This was definitely for the horror movie enthusiast. It wasn’t too scary, but you should like the horror genre to play. The GM was super cool and let us go through the room after to take pictures with all the props.
The Silence 113th RoomEscape roomIRLThis room was terrifying in a good way. The GM was amazing from start to finish.. even took some time to calm our nerves after everything was said and done. I think the puzzles were doable, but the challenge came from being so terrified. The storyline was awesome and unique. Our group of 4 was the perfect amount. Any less would have been difficult, anymore would have gotten in the way. Highly suggest this room… but not for scaredy-cats.
