Game master was great and very helpful. The puzzle room itself was challenging and had an abundance of puzzles with varying degrees of difficulty and complexity.

Room was not excessively difficult but more than made up for it with such a large number of puzzles to solve. Everything in the room was in good condition & puzzles flowed well together moving you through the room at a good pace. Looking forward to trying new rooms at this location whenever they become available.

With their linear puzzles this game is a great place to start if you are new to escape rooms. They have designed this game to be easily tweaked based on the age and experience of the game players which is a brilliant approach that enables the game to be played by all ages.

Game play was fluid and puzzles seemed to naturally flow together keeping you moving in the right direction.

Game master was great, room was clean & in good condition but we really struggled with the puzzles in this room. Some puzzles were straight forward but other puzzles seemed unnecessarily tedious & complicated resulting in quite a bit of lost time.

I would think it’s their easiest one and a good place to start there. There are a few tech aspects, but mostly just really good escape room. Room is well lit which is nice.
TakenKW EscapeEscape roomIRLNot our favourite room at KW Escape but still an enjoyable experience. As expected, the room is clean, well thought out, and all props and materials are in good repair. Difficulty levels varied within room and we really struggled with a few puzzles and may have waited a bit too long before requesting hints thus wasting a bit of time. We did manage to escape & will be back to try our luck again.

Room had well thought out puzzles and room flowed very well. My wife and I completed the standard room and returned at a later date to do the "family" version. Regrettably this location is now closed permanently.

I was very impressed by the immersive theme & well thought out puzzles. Started slow & wasted some time figuring things out but once we started solving puzzles I was hooked. We ran out of time with about 1/2 dozen locks left but thoroughly enjoyed the room.

We tried this room with a couple who were new to escape rooms having only tried 1 other room. Everyone had a great time and we managed to escape the room with very little time left.

PRO: Room was clean and in reasonably good shape and our GM was exceptional. CON: We found the room extremely difficult with little to no logical progression between puzzles. At times, we found ourselves just wandering around aimlessly trying to find a puzzle or task to complete. The issue was that even after a detailed explanation we realized that, regardless of the time constraints, there was no possible scenario in which we would have escaped this room on our own. The leaps in logic were, at times, baffling and we were forced to ask for clues to simply find the puzzles and solving most of them was an impossibility.
