Absolutely one of the best rooms I've ever done. Great actors and storyline, awesome puzzles and enough going on to keep our group of 5 occupied and engaged.

The Rec Room

This was the worst escape room I have ever done. There were props in the room that either didn't work or were just there as red herrings (computer monitor, television and video game controller, air hockey table and scoreboard). There were props that were supposed to be hidden and found when some other item was unlocked, but they were left just laying around in plain sight. We had to Google answers to some puzzles because there was background knowledge required that we didn't have (like when a famous pop stars birthday was).  The GM was nice, but gave us clues to puzzles we had already solved on our own. I definitely feel like I wasted my money on this room.
