The Mummy [prev. Exodus]

The Great Escape - Carlton [prev. Lost Australia Station]

Escape room
IRL

This room just wasn’t it. Atmosphere was great, sounds were great, but the puzzles were bizarre. This room has great potential but it wasn’t lived up to. Technology failures in the room make you so frustrated that you just want to walk out. If you really want to go to this room, just go on a Tuesday or Thursday when it’s the cheapest. Overall, the room itself was great but the technology failures are just too annoyying.

Mission Failed

Drop Bear Escape Rooms

Yes I did get arrested… Mission Failed is a great escape game out here in Pakenham. It combines two spaces over the venue to conveniently deliver the storyline in a fun and gamified manner. The puzzles and clues were all organised in a smooth flow between props located in the room. Overall, this room is definitely the most under rated room I’ve been to!!

Abducted

Escape Reality - Rowville

ABDUCTED WAS UNIQUE!! It was definitely something I hadn’t experienced before because of its unique set design. We played in a team of three and did get stuck quite a lot. While it isn’t OVERLY hard, it was still something you would feel tired at doing. There were some physicality elements which really added to the realism of the overall experience. All in all, this room is definitely up there!!

The Alchemist Lair

Escape Academy - Cairns

Escape room
IRL

IT WAS AMAZING!! To start off with, the separation between the rooms was very unique. The room was very well designed with no flaws. The assortment of puzzles was also very good. The story was great, although it wasn’t as present as other escape rooms, it was still amazing and a good way to be immersed. Will definitely recommend this place!!
