Servants of SleightThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLAmazing!!! This room blew our mind in so many different ways! We just kept saying “this is so cool” to each other with each new space we moved into and explored. One of the transitions to a new room was very clever. Several puzzles we had never seen before that were wow moments.
Pins & Needles Tattoo ParlorThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLHoly Sh*t this room was phenomenal. Loved that this room slightly piggybacked off their other room, just little Easter eggs that had us creating some interwoven narrative between the two. We loved our experience at Exit Games FL. Puzzles were so unique and it had quite a few puzzles I’ve never seen before. And SO many puzzles! If you are okay with the explicit nature of this experience, go do it immediately!!!
Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLwoW WoW WOW! This game absolutely blew me away and clawed its way into my #1 spot. First and foremost, the actor interactions 100% make this experience. The set was also just so creative and top tier. The puzzles were logical, and the there were SO many- my husband and I counted around 28 different “puzzles,” which is far more than either of us were anticipating. This room deserves all the hype it gets, as it’s one of the most unique experiences we’ve ever had. And the jump scares were well placed, both in location and anticipation. Everything was thought through from start to finish. I would recommend people 100% travel to play this game!
Dark LullabyEscape Artist Greenville - Hampton StationEscape roomIRLThe set design on this room was incredible. So many cool spaces. A total of 5 different “areas” you go into (albeit some are very small). And the transition/experience from room one to two had my jaw on the floor. Our in-room actor was amazing and so so funny. It’s a “creepy” room but I would say they are also comedic to lighten the mood a bit. There were a few puzzles in this one that had me saying “wow” and were so unique. Definitely an amazing company.
The Starlight MotelEscape Artist Greenville - DowntownEscape roomIRLSo immersive, and our in-room actress was fantastic. We loved that the clues actually felt like part of the story and not just sprinkled in randomly like many other rooms we have come across. The room felt like it had so many surprises and spaces to explore/appreciate! Amazing company.
Quest For The Temple of LightThe Keepers of BalanceEscape roomIRLI’m collecting bets now… this room will be in the top 10 on TERPECA come 2026. I honestly haven’t been able to pick my jaw up off the floor since setting foot in their building a couple months ago for a tour. Finally getting to play the game today just cemented the fact that I will never get over the sheer awe that this place inspires. We have never done an escape room where we’ve wondered how in the hell something is done (we usually suspect RFIDs, magnets, manual triggers, etc.), but this room had multiple mysteries that we can’t quite figure out! They throw you right into the action, from the moment you step into the building they are already feeding you the story of Keepers and what your mission is. Your guide helps move the story along so that you don’t get stuck on any particular puzzle. While we did have a tech glitch with this (it’s bound to happen to all of us at some point), they didn’t barge into the room breaking immersion, they let us try to work it out and made decisions to help us in the future. I don’t want to give away anything, but trust me that this is an absolute must do. It is on the same level as Disney and Universal in terms of creativity and quality and engineering. It is a spectacular adventure that I can’t wait to share with friends and family!
Neighborhood WatcherThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis room was so incredibly fun to play. The interactions with the live actor were often hilarious and the clue system was darling. This is a “scary” room, but I wouldn’t say it’s too frightening for those easily scared. The puzzles in this room were fantastic. I loved that your game master brought what you needed to keep progressing as part of the story. We were able to experience all of the puzzles for the room, but appreciate that for groups who are falling behind, the room can be altered to be shortened. The room itself is pretty small, but they used the space really well. This room is fairly active in a certain tight space, so be aware of claustrophobia or mobility issues. Overall, another excellent room by Escape Ventures!
Operation Arctic Storm: The Final MeltdownThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis room was an absolute delight to experience. It is HUGE with multiple places to explore. The live actor/GM we had was amazing. I was cracking up during some of our interactions, the room has a good touch of humor as part of it. There is one more physically active part that I thought was a very creative transition. The puzzles were logical and well thought out,
The Chesapeake Bay ButcherColonial Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis room (or should I say rooms because this space is huge) was excellent! It is extremely well thought out and they did a great job making it immersive and scary (in a fun way). Little details did not go unappreciated, from the way they clued no touch items while preserving the set design, the use of lighting and noise, storytelling, etc. I would definitely recommend it!
Phantom Files: The Investigation Of Lockturne ManorThe Escape Ventures - Port CharlotteEscape roomIRLWOW! The set design on this room is amazing, it was the perfect blend of scooby doo meets ghostbusters. We also adored how certain spaces were re-used/changed (no spoilers!). Go Spirit Stalkers *high five*!
