Really immersive room! Lots of tech if you’re into that ! Very well done!

We came back to do the other two rooms and this time told the GM to not prime us with clues and it was perfect - challenging but they didn’t let us go too far off track. It’s a little spooky but in a good way, but a heads up that it’s dark and eerie.

Enjoyed the room- lots of “find the key and open lock”.Got more hints than we would have liked so make sure to tell them before that you don’t want hints unless asked if that’s your vibe! Some creative puzzles but multiple ways to get to the answer. This isn’t their TERPECA nominee but we were limited on time and location due to event.

This is hands down the coolest room we have ever done. The immersion was amazing and such a unique hint system. Every person who works here is so incredibly kind- they were accommodating through email prior to coming and they stayed open late so we could sneak in both rooms on our last day in Seattle. Very techy which we don’t always do the best at, but every piece of the room was intentional and so cool. The rooms are hard. This one is more doable than vanishing act (we only had two of us) and we needed hints almost the entire way, but they were so worth it. I didn’t feel like taking a hint in this situation was taking away from the game because even the hints were somewhat riddles. The only bad thing about this room is there isn’t more of them and I know I won’t get to do another room this great for awhile.

We didn’t even come close to escaping - you really need more than two folks, there is just sooo much jam packed into this incredible room. This is spooky, part of what limited us was me being freaked out a smidge but that just speaks to the immersion of their rooms. I personally liked Storykeeper more but only because the clues and riddles of that room are more the way my brain functions. I cannot emphasize enough the creativity and talent that went into this room. I cannot wait to see what their new room holds and even though it will be another year before I’m back in Seattle I’m already excited. Locurio takes escape rooms to another level.

For only being one room this had multiple in-depth puzzles. The Game Master was fantastic and stayed in character. There were a few tricks of the puzzles that we would have never gotten without hints, which is slightly frustrating, but also challenging. 2-3 people is enough, we didn’t escape because of our own stubbornness and confusion! We enjoyed the pirate theme and the actual goal of the game which we found unique (you’re not escaping a room, you’re finding the names of lovers).

We went with a large group (4 of us booked online and then another 4 were interested in coming). We arrived 50 min prior to our reservation to see if the additional 4 could play any available room (online there were times for other rooms starting every 15 min) and told them we were very willing to wait and had no room preference. They were not the happiest with that- the 4 who came in person paid $20 less per person than the 4 of us who booked online - so getting a reservation actually only penalizes you haha. We landed on getting a room that started at 7:10 two people hadn’t yet arrived because we had told them 7:40 start time so they were getting there at 7:15… they were like well they’re not here yet so you have to start without them… even though again the 7:10 room we hadn’t booked until that moment and it was awhile before our 7:40 group room and we were willing to have people who had signed the 7:40 waivers and were already there enter the 7:10 room. We clearly stressed them so we just started the room. We solved numerous puzzles without finishing all of the pieces and one of the main puzzles was broken, so it was anticlimactic. The set up has all the pieces to be an amazing room and there is a neat/spooky vibe, I just won’t return to this location for their other rooms.

I really liked how they do the timer, because it shows you how far in the room you have progressed. One of the puzzles didn’t trigger for us and we were frustrated by that and so wound up taking an unnecessary clue.

Primarily 1st gen locks and hide and seek, but we enjoy that! Not super techy and some clues written on paper. Some cool tricks and makes sure you’re paying attention/remembering what came from where because there’s so many little pieces. Definitely could use some updating because props are worn, but nothing impacted the game play. I felt dumb because we had the right code to a lock but I just didn’t pull on the lock and that wasted some time.

This is more a tech room than a mechanical room. There is a “surprise” game/puzzle at the end that I found super cool but was mildly tricky with only 2 people (definitely doable with 2 though). This game was more fun than prior escape rooms we had done so we wound up doing 3 more at this location and the rest were all very great. Groot prefers mechanical puzzles so he preferred Gold Rush at this site, while Mermaid tends to like tech so found this one and special Ops the best. Both of us had Prison Break as our favorite even though we failed it.
