Spent some time on a puzzle that was supposed to open something that activates something else. It opened in the wrong order so I worked on the first puzzle and nothing happened because it was all open already…GM looked like he was avoiding answering questions probably because that ate my time and kept asking about it during game with no response till at the end. Not sure how gameplay at other locations are for this game but this was a bit frustrating here. My thumbs up was for the theme and room and most the puzzles were ok.

We were a team of 2 enthusiast, and 2 upcoming enthusiast and needed only one nudge/hint. Puzzles were unique as was the progression of the game. Not a terrifying experience but definitely had us on our toes. Definitely recommend this one for those who like a moderate scare.
Through The Sugar GlassQuest TavernEscape roomIRLThis game was done very well. As with other Quest Tavern games, there are unique spaces and surprises throughout the room. The room is busy so there is plenty for everyone to do. Such a fun room!
Godzilla vs. King Kong60Out - HHLAEscape roomIRLProduction and set were really great! Gaming was ok but the rooms and story were immersive enough to not be too mad about the puzzling. There were several tech issues but Summer Ann (GM) was paying attention so did her magic theoughout the game. Fans of KK v G will likely enjoy the immersion. Puzzles are second to immersion in this experience. Only complaint is they do not take gift cards if you are going to use any promo code. My gift card was bought for $100 but since it was a “gift card”, I wasn’t able to use any promo codes. Otherwise, if you aren’t using a gf, their promos are great!

There were so many locks (I dont mind that part but) with little clues on what goes with what. Literally was a whole bunch of boxes to match with little direction and flow. GM was great and we solved all the puzzles but we walked out feeling like…”what just happened?”
