She didn't give us a chance to solve things before giving us clues. Wish she would have waited for us to ask before helping. We like to be challenged.

Apparently he was understaffed...at least thats the explanation we got when we confronted him. We were asking for hints that never came because he was running multiple rooms by himself. It was a waste of time and money when we couldn't get past a puzzle and couldn't get a clue because of staffing issues. Close rooms if you don't have staff to run. Don't charge us to sit in a room begging for clues for more than 15 minutes. Wasn't even given a sincere apology or refund.
Aunt Carol's ClosetNorth Texas Escape Rooms - McKinneyEscape roomIRLLittle frustrated with this one. Got to 1 of the final clues and it wouldn't open, so we didn't open since our experience was not to force things and it definitely required force. That factor messed up out game.

We were in there with a guy who had done 1 and ordered everyone around, didn't communicate, etc. Not much was solved, but needed to get us to next room because had group behind. Great teeming, bit Not great experience.

SherlockCelebration Escape Rooms [prev. Room 5280]Escape roomIRL1st room we've done here. We liked it. The puzzles are good. We enjoyed it. Really best for a couple. Staff are nice and responsive if a clue is needed, but room is well done enough that you barely need them if you're experienced escape room person.
