Universal built these experiences as a bunch of rooms meaning they can have multiple parties playing at once. An incredibly smart idea on paper, but not in reality. You are rushed through rooms. While youâre in the middle of a puzzle an automated voice tells you theyâve solved it and you move on to the next room, as otherwise you will be holding up the next party. Extremely demotivating and just annoying. The music and ambient sounds are way too loud and distract from the recordings needed to solve the puzzles. Itâs expensive and not worth it. It feels like Universal wanted to jump on the brand wagon but failed miserably. Stay away as you will leave frustrated. We had high expectations but those were not met in the slightest.

A lot of puzzles involved putting a puppet stuffed animal somewhere, very weird. You have to like the theme in order to enjoy the room. Some puzzles just didnât make sense. There was no clear connection between several puzzles.

This is a great room for beginners and would give you a great idea of what an escape room is all about, however, I would not recommend this room to experienced escapers. It just isnât challenging enough.
The Mission - CLOSEDExit Escape Room MiamiEscape roomIRLGood escape room. Great flow, everyone got to enjoy all the puzzles. Loved the unique elements of this room. The hosts were friendly and were able to explain anything that was unclear. I suggest playing the game âdead silentâ if you are experienced escapers. They will not give you any hints that way.
The Upside Of DownThe Escape SofloEscape roomIRLNot your traditional escape room. This is unlike anything you have done before. I highly recommend watching the series as a lot of things just do not make sense if you havenât watched it. I found puzzels far fetched and a lot of them required specific knowledge. The host runs the place by himself and I felt like we didnât get the help we needed. I recommend this room to people that can go in without expectations and donât compare it to other âtraditionalâ escape rooms.

Great use of technology and exciting puzzles. Would definitely recommend especially for those trying out escape rooms for the first time.

Great use of technology and good theming of the room. There are puzzles in there that will even surprise those who play escape rooms often. This is a great room, I definitely recommend!

There was a great flow. There is a âbonusâ element in the room which was not explained to is prior to starting. This confused us as we ended up not needing it to finish the game. Overall: great room far better than the average USA one!

There are definitely elements that you will not find in other escape rooms, I wonât spoil it đ. I loved the use of technology in this room. Would definitely recommend!

Although the storyline is pretty cool, you do not feel like you are part of the story in any way. The staff was a disappointment: they had no passion for the game whatsoever. Numerous times we tried to contact them while in the room without response. Would not recommend.

The President's BunkerThe Great Escape Room - MiamiEscape roomIRLHARD PASS, AVOID! By far the worse room weâve played. The room sucks! Cheap decor, no immersion whatsoever. Your ability to progress depends on knowledge of the United States, which is beyond basic stuff. This is not what an escape should be. Also, there was a staff member sitting in the room throughout the game, awkward. A true shame to other (great) escape rooms out there.

The LaboratoryMama BazookaEscape roomIRLLovely room, their first one but still amazing. Sure it is something simple compared to other Dutch rooms but still a ton of fun. It was our first âhorrorâ themed room and they sure delivered on the scary factor. I especially liked how the staff showed us a video of our own gameplay afterwards and their enthusiasm overall. Will be back for their other rooms.
