Dragon Alley
Keystone Escape Games
Escape room
IRL
The theming is great, the puzzles are a mix of high tech and mechanical. The talking skeleton (GM) matched our groups humor and was cracking jokes throughout the session. The room is very interactive, and has enough to do for medium sized groups. Highly recommend!

The theming is nice, the puzzles have a nice mix in terms of challenge level. I did this once with an experienced group and we blazed through it. I decided to go to this room again for a bachelorette party since the bride loves these experiences, the rooms are spacious, and there's enough to do for larger groups. Many of the group had never done an escape room before and they loved it. After the room was finished, we still had some time before the next group and the GM offered to get a bunch of photos for the party.

One of my favorite rooms, especially for big groups. The theming is nice, the puzzles were fun, there was plenty to do for a group and we were able to spread out. There were elements that are not seen in many of the rooms around town. The GM would interact in a way, messing with the group from the control room (which was fun)

The room is creepy and definitely meant for an older audience. The set is well themed, the puzzles were fun while sticking to the theme. We did it with a larger group, which was a bit cramped until we opened up another area. We were able to accidentally bypass a few puzzles by just trying things in line with common use /sense.

This rooms theming is amazing, few rooms come close to the level of detail. The puzzles were fun with a mix of challenge level.

The grayscale theming of the room is very cool. It uses the same room as episode one, but with new puzzles and story. The puzzles are pretty simple, though a bit more challenging than the first episode

The grayscale theming is very cool. The room is by far the easiest at this location, but still fun
The Sorcerer and The Fountain of Hope
Break Through Reno
Escape room

The theming was great, but the room is not maintained and many puzzles are broken. We thought we had messed up on a puzzle and wasted about 10 minutes redoing over and over, finally trying to brute force it by trying every possible combination, only for it to still not work. We then tried to call the GM through the communication "crystal" and that didn't work either. I had to push the emergency escape button and track someone down to get any assistance. The staff were on their phones in a break area when I finally found them. When they did assist they told us our first combo was right, when we showed them it didn't work, they manually progressed us and said "sorry it's been acting up." They did give us back 15 minutes due to the issue which was nice. At one point we got a key, that was delivered through a drop mechanism - the key snapped on impact with the catch tray. Multiple puzzles had little to do with the theme, and some of them required massive leaps in logic to get to the solution. It would be a good place if the room actually worked ...
The Asylum
Puzzle Room Reno

The room was fun, pretty creepy with added pressure. We went on 12/17 and we're the first to complete the room this month. However upon existing we were met by no staff. We stood around awkwardly before gathering out stuff. We knocked on the staff door to at least have our parking validated. The staff were genuinely surprised when they saw us as though they had no idea we were there. They did not stop our time and apologized that it was hectic (even though the place was empty). As there is a reward for maintaining the record we waited for them to verify our end time and document it. The rooms are fun, the staff can't be bothered to GM though ...

The theming is great, and the set is amazing. The puzzles were overall pretty simple. The biggest downside is the price -$150 minimum, there are better rooms in the area for less.
