Election DayAppleseed AvenueEscape roomIRLFirst and foremost my group had an absolute blast when we did this room from start to finish. I always appreciate a good GM and our guy was amazing. This was my 60th room that I’ve done and I would rank this one pretty high up on my list of rooms I have done. It was funny and entertaining for all of us and forced us to work as a team. Depending on what you choose to be in the beginning will determine the rest of your escape room experience but regardless we all had a fun time which is always the most important thing of any escape room…..well that and actually escaping lol. Go do this room with a group of 4-6 people and you’ll have an amazing time with all the puppets
Treasure IslandBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWow what an awesome room I just did with my girlfriend. The room decorations were on point and overall you definitely feel like you are living a pirates life. I loved this room cuz it was super fun and full of so many clever puzzles. Not that I mind a good old fashioned lock and key room, put these puzzles were more innovative and more satisfying to solve. We have a lot of experience doing escape rooms so this one was perfect for us to enjoy. If you are new to escape rooms, I would probably say a good team of 4 is enough. Definitely a must do for everyone😄
Stash HouseStash HouseEscape roomIRLThis was one of the biggest non linear rooms I had done and I was nervous about having a bigger group but there is so much to do that everyone stays engaged. Not to brag but I’m pretty sure I carried the team with my bestie lol. Really fun room to do and an absolute must for escape room enthusiasts.
Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLI’ve been wanting to do this room for a while, but I was waiting to go with the right people. It definitely did not disappoint. Very awesome design of the room. Good balance of tricky and easy puzzles. We were treating well by the game master Michael. Loved this room.
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThe set was really cool. Definitely felt the Atlantean vibes in the room. Definitely a lot of puzzles to get thru. Unfortunately we did not escape on time, it was one of the first times we did a room with 6 people and it is hard to navigate the room efficiently with too many people. Overall the room is a great experience for sure and we were hosted very well.
InksidiousEscape Room 66 - Los AngelesEscape roomIRLThe 2 rooms at this place are super fun to do for a couple or a small group. Lots of locks and keys but they are incorporated in a very clever way that makes you enjoy the rooms and immerses you in the theme of the room. The GMs are super friendly and really awesome which makes a huge difference for the escape room experience. A highly recommended room to do at some point. You won’t regret it
The Curse Of The Black KnightEscapeX Rooms - IrvineEscape roomIRLSuper fun, perfect date night room. Perfect for 2 people. Too crowded if you add more than 3 people. Has some unique puzzles which are always nice for seasoned players. Overall an awesome experience
Something's Out There!Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLMy girlfriend and I have never been closer doing this room. Mostly cuz she was grabbing so tight cuz she was getting scared. Scary fun!! Loved this room.
The Magic CottageInfinity EscapeEscape roomIRLThis room has a lot of really cool tech. There were a few glitches when we played due to the party before us who did a little damage but overall we liked the experience. We struggled as a party of 2 due to the amount stuff we were trying to get through and it is a little dark in there for some parts so it was hard to see some of the stuff we needed to but it’s still a really cool that people should try at some point. GM was super friendly and helpful which always makes things so much more enjoyable
Surf's UpSurf City EscapesEscape roomIRLThis room was totally RAD DUDE!! The waves were gnarly and the puzzle surfing was sweet. Fantastic room with some fun surprises. I felt that me and my girl were cruising in the beginning, feeling great, but eventually got stuck on a puzzle that required a few nudges from the GM who was kind enough to help us. I am never above asking for help and the puzzle is pretty tough. Overall an excellent room and worth a drive to Huntington Beach
