Escape From AlcatrazNorth Valley Escape RoomEscape roomIRLreally nice room! the setup and design of it was very cool. one of my favorite rooms there so far! spoiler below: live actor at beginning, he only talks to you. doesn’t make any physical contact. a couple loud noises but honestly not that bad once i reached the end. once the actor leaves he does not come back.

Arizona Steampunk RailwayNorth Valley Escape RoomEscape roomIRLI just recently did 3 rooms at North Valley and loved them all. This one was particular cool by the fact that it moved and felt like a real train. It was probably my least favorite of the ones I did cause the other ones were just so so good but the puzzles and theming were still really dope!
ZZ's Big Top CircusNorth Valley Escape RoomEscape roomIRLIt was SO COOL!! I loved every second of this room. Clowns aren’t really my thing so that part wasn’t my favorite but the theming, the props, the puzzles, everything about it was so well done. It really did feel like we were in a circus tent.
ShaftedNorth Valley Escape RoomEscape roomIRLI think this is the most immersive and well themed game I’ve done so far here. It really did feel like we went underground. It was more challenging so I like that it’s 75 minutes as opposed to the normal 60.
Recon: The Final HourParanoia Quest - TempeEscape roomIRLi love paranoia quest! it’s one of my favorite places for an escape. this room was super immersive and terrifying if you’re not the biggest jumpscare person. would recommend bringing friends without telling them what it is.
Western Bank HeistEscape the Room Phoenix - ScottsdaleEscape roomIRLEscape the Room is a pretty decent basic escape room. Not anything specifically cool about it but it’s a good room. I did like the theming and puzzles in this room specifically, escape the room has redeemed itself since when I did the dig.
Escape the Darkest Hour: Torture ChamberMission Escape GamesEscape roomIRLSo awesome! It was very immersive and the theming was really well done. All of the puzzles made sense and the technology was really cool. Our game master was Joel and he was super friendly and awesome!
Henchmen’s HeistThe Nemesis ClubEscape roomIRLThis is hands down one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever done! It was so immersive from the minute you walk in the building and it continues the entire way through. The rooms were designed by a disney imagineer so just put that into perspective. It was mind blowing and I was thinking about the puzzles and how everything works the rest of the night. It was so much fun and I will for sure be back to try out the other 2!!
Diamond QuestParanoia Quest - TempeEscape roomIRLIt was immersive from the second I walked in the building. I loved the theming of everything from the lobby to the room itself. The puzzles were cool and some different than I had ever seen before. I had a great time and will definitely be back for the other 2 rooms!!
Carn-EvilUnited Escapes Of America - MesaEscape roomIRLThe theming of the game was really good. It really adds that they are built in an apartment complex and that it tied into the story. You have a limited amount of hints which I’m not a fan of and some of the locks/puzzles are really touchy. There was this one really particular lock that wasted a lot of our time and hints. Other than that is was a good time and our game host was sweet.
Bam KazamBam Kazam GamesEscape roomIRLIf you’re looking for a traditional escape room, this is not it. Bam is more like an escape room meets the floor is lava type situation. It was very fun but also frustrating. Good thing to note is you have to have at least 3 people so not a good date night. I wouldn’t recommend more than about 5 or the room gets really crowded. Definitely a cool experience and I wouldn’t recommend love to return to try and finish out the rooms I didn’t make it through.
7 Deadly SinsEscapology - TempeEscape roomIRLOne of my favorite escapology rooms so far! I had a great time. The theming was really well done and I enjoyed the puzzles. Whoever was watching our game definitely could’ve payed a little more attention.
NarcoEscapology - TempeEscape roomIRLI think this is probably one of my least favorites in the escapology franchise but it was still fun! I personally just didn’t like the theming as much as some of the other ones but the puzzles were still good. The two girls working that day were super nice and I loved them both.
Cabin of the Jersey DevilExit 4 Escape - ChandlerEscape roomIRLIt was good but underwhelming. If you’re looking for something to blow your mind this is not it but if you’re looking to try something new and like escape rooms it’s not bad. The puzzles are cool and I like the theming but I was hoping there was more to it than there ended up being. By the time we’d escaped we didn’t realize that was the end. I’ll probably go back to play the other rooms but it’s not something i’ll be rushing to return.
The DigEscape the Room Phoenix - ScottsdaleEscape roomIRLI think I would probably enjoy a different theme more. We were just about to escape and Im pretty sure we were one of the last games of the night so I do wish they would’ve let us finish. The story was good and the puzzles were ok. There is a sliding puzzle right at the beginning so if you’re not good at those it will probably waste a lot of your time. We cheated/skipped a puzzle but didn’t know so we wasted a lot of time there. I would like to go back and try another there because maybe it was just that room in particular I wasn’t a fan of.
