Hidden Temple60 to Escape - GurneeEscape roomIRLA super well themed room with both action and comedy! We didn’t know how the room could keep getting bigger, but it did. The puzzles were all within the theme, though most of the room felt like cypher work. The challenge is communication and attention to detail, which makes for a fun experience. Incredible set with some iconic and memorable scenes!
Mystery Manor60 to Escape - GurneeEscape roomIRLA great room that allowed for fun characters to come alive within the manor you explore with your team. The puzzles were unique, and some of them fit particularly well once in the main room. I would’ve loved to see more of these puzzles based on characters, but everything was visually appealing and fun. Great narrator of the story with a fun goal and keepsake!
Containment60 to Escape - GurneeEscape roomIRLFun escape room with unique and bloody puzzles. Very lock and key based, and lots of information given in the beginning. This is my favorite style of room, so it’s awesome. Some jumpscares involved in gameplay, so make sure to be aware of that if anyone is jumpy. As a horror lover, it was great! Played twice, fun to see the updates. Had a blast despite being familiar, which is a sign of a great room.
Duke's Farm60 to Escape - GurneeEscape roomIRLGotta be one of my favorite 60 to Escape rooms! Love the first room’s theming and decor, and the change in scenery in the rooms following. The twist was silly and kept you liking the narrator. Fun puzzles, well done!
Blast From The Past60 to Escape - GurneeEscape roomIRLFun arcade-themed room with a twist! The puzzles were super fun, and the room was larger than expected. Fun storyline, though the ending felt abrupt. We expected at least one more puzzle, but that didn’t negatively affect the room whatsoever, just unexpected. One collection aspect wasn’t fully functioning the way it was supposed to, but it was easily fixed remotely.
Twister: The Blackout Experience - CLOSEDD.O.A. Room EscapeEscape roomIRLThe room itself was filled with random items that had nothing to do with gameplay. The puzzles that we needed a code for combined digits from multiple puzzles that had no affiliation or connection between them. The blackout idea was fun, though my partners flashlight was malfunctioning, so each time his turned off and he went to turn it back on, he would get yelled at for having the wrong light on despite having to click through other lights to get to the red one we needed. The room was alright, the last room was the coolest room.
Starship: Final Frontier60 to Escape - GurneeEscape roomIRLVisually stunning room with fun twists on classic 60 to Escape puzzles. Choose your own adventure ending tied the whole room together. A few puzzles felt like they were made to suck time, but they fit into the theme.

Lockbuster Video60 to Escape - SchaumburgEscape roomIRLLOVED the references to the other 60 to Escape games. The puzzles were themed so well to the game and the others referenced, and they were clever. Highly recommend playing this AFTER Hidden Temple, Invasion, and Pirates Curse. Also, the narrator was awesome.
Arctic Expedition60 to Escape - SchaumburgEscape roomIRLBeautiful set! Some surprising puzzles for 60, as they were different and super fun! A couple of frustrating puzzles, some that were search and find, but that’s nothing against the room, as it was done well. Silly ending that was memorable!
ZodiacFox in a Box ChicagoEscape roomIRLWhat a fun experience! Loved the different puzzles and the different rooms! A fun team split element adds extra intensity. Unique puzzles that made my jaw drop! Plus, Fox in a Box draws doodles of you during your experience with a silly quote, which makes the experience all the more special!

Fun storyline that made several nods to Jurassic Park. Most challenging room 60 to Escape has to offer. Fun choice ending!

All of the puzzles fit the room incredibly well, and it had a campy, silly vibe to it while still having a scary rat threatening you. I wish I could play this room again for the first time.
Olympus under SiegeElusive Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLLarge room with cool references, but didn’t feel like the game guides let us do the puzzles correctly. Some of the puzzles were ridiculously tricky and random, with the solutions being far from what would have made sense. Appearance wise, also not the most clean looking, slightly dingey.
Save The City - COMING SOONCity Limits Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLA fun experience having to escape for hours on end. After the first three hours, the last room made your brain feel like complete mush, so we asked for clues every minute or so. Going through the rooms from easiest to hardest was a choice, especially since you lose brainpower the further in you get. Had fun despite the quality of the rooms being subpar at best.
