Click 'N Glitch Arcade PalaceThe Escape Ventures - Port CharlotteEscape roomIRLabsolutely loved this room, Escape Ventures never disappoints. it was my first time visiting this location and I enjoyed it, the game started in the lobby and was so cute. it was my 18 year old cousin's first ever escape room and my 78th room, both of us equally enjoyed it!! it is rated a 9/10 however the two of us made it out (with a few hints - which are unlimited). loved the live actor, I am a huge scaredy cat and hate any type of jump scare so typically steer clear from any rooms with actors but this one was fantastic and added to the experience. lots of laughs and it was so fun, several puzzles I've never seen before! multiple rooms and great use of the space. I'd recommend for all ages and there was enough to do that it would be enjoyable for multiple people to play.
Zombie ApocalypseEscape Plan ColumbiaEscape roomIRLvery fun game, I'm a big scaredy cat but loved it!!
A Not So Fairytale EndingLock, Clock, and Peril Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLthis was truly one of the best games I've ever played. so immersive, tons of puzzles and concepts I've never seen before. the owner/operators are amazing and all the rooms here are fantastic!! it was tricky for two players just because there is SO much to do but we had a blast!!
Dr. BraingoodThe Bureau Adventure GamesEscape roomIRLthe game masters at the Bureau are amazing!! Coral is our favorite. this room was fun but a little tricky with two people, I like that they aren't a typical lock and key escape room venue and the theming is always great.
Captain Spoopy Bones and the Magnificent Quest For Some Other Pirate's Treasure!Doldrick's Escape RoomEscape roomIRLsuper fun room!! difficult for our party of 3
Sorcerers QuestSpeedway EscapesEscape roomIRLwanted to love it because the owner/operator was so sweet. honestly not a great experience - there weren't many puzzles, the set was amazing but the rooms were fairly empty, lots of gathering items and doing random small tasks. the owner even said we were one of only three groups ever to not need a "cheat sheet" for the final puzzle - hence it's not user error.
Dracula’s TombSpeedway EscapesEscape roomIRLgreat immersive set and the owner was so sweet, but gameplay was lacking. multiple tasks left us confused and asking for hints. there wasn't a clear storyline or pace.
The VentriloquistThe Box Escape RoomEscape roomIRLloved this room! very mechanical but it flowed well and was just the right amount of spooky. our GM Madeline was amazing and added so much to the experience!
Cold Case KillerThe Box Escape RoomEscape roomIRLinteresting game with a plot twist! I enjoyed it, although mostly mechanical it was fun and fast paced. GM Madeline was amazing.
Road Trip - CLOSEDEscape 109 - DavidsonEscape roomIRLfun theme that I have never seen before!! LOTS to do - we barely made it out with two people. nice staff and cute location. hope to try their other room soon!
Front Street Casino Heist - CLOSEDThe Exit Games - Front St.Escape roomIRLwe had high expectations after playing the Florida location - unfortunately this game was outdated and there was nothing special about it - very basic and heavily lock based. the flow did not make sense and several puzzles were over complicated simply for the sake of time killing which was frustrating. I think if you haven't done their other games maybe you wouldn't be as disappointed but it just wasn't great for us 🙃
HexedXIT RoomsEscape roomIRLdiamond in the rough! this room was fantastic and extremely high tech. perfect location and fun puzzles we haven't encountered before. plenty to do and keep your team occupied. 10/10
The Legend Of AtlantisBackstage Escape GamesEscape roomIRLfun game with interesting puzzles but being a public room really took away from the experience.
Budapest Express - CLOSEDEscapology - ColumbiaEscape roomIRLfun room, the staff makes it all the better
Tea Time Trap: London LabyrinthGreat EscapeEscape roomIRLone of the worst rooms we've ever done. cheaply made, filthy (dead roaches), everything was either extremely easy or impossible to solve. we were excited by the cute theme but once in the room, it was made with dollar store decor and zero effort. no music or sound, just awkward silence the whole game. only one camera in the entire room so when we did ask for a hint, they had no idea how to guide us (not to mention it took several minutes to even get a response). they clearly buy their google reviews/have friends leave reviews to cover the bad ones. just an awful, unprofessional experience.
Under PressureKey to EscapeEscape roomIRLthis was my favorite of the three rooms here (although all of them are great and worth doing)! very immersive and includes elements I haven't seen in other rooms. highly recommend Key to Escape
A Twist Of OzKey to EscapeEscape roomIRLthe theme was fun and gameplay was interactive - you can tell the owner is extremely passionate about his creations!! the location is a cool old renovated church building and all the games here were fantastic!
Redemption - CLOSEDKey to EscapeEscape roomIRLfantastic room - TONS to do, kept us on our toes and was a fun theme. the atmosphere of the entire place is second to none. highly recommend Key to Escape!!
Arizona Shootout - Most WantedEscapology - ColumbiaEscape roomIRLalways great staff, this is their newest room. it wasn't my favorite but still worth playing - cool theme and props
