On our trip to Washington. We were so excited to try out escape rooms, and we ended up playing about 9 of them, going from Gig Harbor to Tacoma to Seattle. This one was very basic. Picture this: a tiny room with hardly any cool tech stuff, and absolutely no surprises. The puzzles were just okay, nothing really mind-blowing. But hey, the guy running the place, I think he might be the owner, was super nice and acted as our game master. We actually beat the room pretty quickly because it was so straightforward. It felt like we were in a dressing room for some C-list entertainer - not the thrilling experience we were hoping for, you know? And the worst part? They charged us $50 per person for this lackluster room. Honestly, we all felt it wasn't worth that much. We thought it should be more like $30 to be fair. But hey, I guess everyone has different tastes, right?

I had an incredible experience at Escape Hour Point Ruston, specifically in their escape room called Sirens Cove. After enjoying a fantastic time at their Gig Harbor location, we decided to give their Point Ruston venue a try, and it was nothing short of epic! The game masters were exceptional, providing us with helpful hints and ensuring we were fully immersed in the experience. The set design was absolutely mind-blowing, with attention given to every detail, from the music and textures to even the smells, creating an immersive and realistic atmosphere. The introduction to the game was thrilling, setting the stage for the adventure ahead. The clue delivery system added an extra layer of fun and excitement. We were so impressed with the set that we couldn't help but discuss it even while enjoying a post-game dinner at a cool whiskey bar. Sipping whiskey and eating burgers after that game we couldn’t shut up about it. Our experience at Sirens Cove was unforgettable, and it left us eagerly anticipating our next visit to Escape Hour Point Ruston.

We were in town for a few days for a wedding and looked this company up. The reviews gave this place high praise so we had to try it out. We chose Midnight Manor, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we stepped into the room, the attention to detail in the set design was breathtaking. The dark and eerie ambiance perfectly complemented the theme, immersing us in the mysterious world of the manor. The clue system was nothing short of epic, seamlessly integrating with the storyline and allowing for a truly immersive experience. Each one required us to think outside the box, keeping us engaged and eager to unravel the secrets of the manor. The game master, who remained in character throughout, added an extra layer of authenticity to the experience, guiding us through the game and providing hints when needed. Midnight Manor truly delivered on its promise of an unforgettable adventure, and it has rightfully earned its place as my top escape room recommendation. One of the highlights of Midnight Manor was the abundance of surprises scattered throughout the room.
