The Istanbul Gambit - CLOSEDEnigma Adventures - Maple GroveEscape roomIRLWhile not quite as good as the pirate room at Enigma, this was still a really fun room! We were kept busy and enjoyed the variety of locks and clues.
La Agencia [The Agency]Wayout Las PalmasEscape roomIRLThis was a fun room with an amazing set design with a lot of attention to detail. It doesn’t look like much in the beginning, but it was well made. Our GM was also fantastic and committed to the story line!
Past To The FutureCodebusters Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis was a fun room to play to introduce a newbie to escape rooms!
Bocas Bust - CLOSEDEnigma Bocas Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis was an enjoyable escape room that was very themed to its location.
Starship: Final VoyageFive Senses Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWhile I may struggle more to solve this style of escape room, the set and game play were so unique that I have to give it two thumbs up!
NeverlandEscape Room NoviEscape roomIRLAfter several blah experiences at other escape rooms in the area, this one was a breath of fresh air. The design and set were amazing! The game play was so fun. We can’t wait to go back and play another room here.
The Heist - CLOSEDEscape The PostEscape roomIRLWhile this room offered promised when we walked in (due to a neat looking set), the game play proved quite disappointing with very limited puzzles to solve.
Pirates Of The Spanish Main - CLOSEDEnigma Adventures - Maple GroveEscape roomIRLThis is hands down the best escape room I’ve been to! It was a great room to use to introduce friends to their first escape room. If only I lived closer so I could go to all of the rooms here!!
The Rec Room - CLOSEDEscape-It Stratford [prev. Escape From Reality - Stratford]Escape roomIRLThis escape room was not fun. It is listed as a 3.5/5 on the website, but is not as simple as it sounds. Just not a fun experience - we wanted to quit partway through.
الحرب العالمية [Enigma]MindMazeEscape roomIRLFinding the Escape Room itself was quite a challenge, but Engima was an enjoyable room and solvable with just two players.
CampoutThink It Out Escape Rooms & Mental GymnasticsEscape roomIRLThis just isn’t my favorite style of escape room.
Superhero UniversityThink It Out Escape Rooms & Mental GymnasticsEscape roomIRLThe room required me to think differently than I’m used to in escape rooms. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but this doesn’t seem to be my preferred style of escape rooms.
Lincoln Park PrisonMystery Escapes Escape roomIRLMy group was invited to beta test this room before it officially opened. There were a few kinks to work out, but it was an AMAZING room!! Highly recommend!
Henderson Estate - CLOSEDMystery Escapes Escape roomIRLI just love Mystery Escapes! The escape rooms are so fun and engaging.
Bank HeistEscape Room ZoneEscape roomIRLUnfortunately, several elements in the room were broken or not missing. Our game master did not pay good attention to our group, so he was not helpful with his tips. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The Aurora SocietyDecode Detroit - YpsilantiEscape roomIRLWhile the set design is incredible, our group didn’t find the puzzles to be challenging. The game difficulty is dynamic, so the game master can change the level of difficulty as you play. Our game master told us after the game that they gave us all the puzzles they had because our team was solving the game so quickly - but extra puzzles just made the game repetitive. We didn’t really enjoy it.
Magee Mafia TakedownMystery Escapes Escape roomIRLLoved the escape room. I love the way these are designed. They are my top recommendation for this area.
AsylumTrapped Escape GameEscape roomIRLI enjoyed the escape room. It was a good level of difficulty for our group. I would recommend it.
Sector 3 - CLOSEDIsolvu Escape RoomEscape roomIRLI wish this escape room facility was still open. They did such a great job on their rooms!
