The facility is undergoing some work so the lobby and such were not great but the room was fine. Another bonus: We were in town on their day off, but they were able to make arrangements for us to be there.
The LegacyBrainy ActzEscape roomIRLRoom with potential but issues with the room as well as the overall facility. This is NOT a room easily doable by two people. A couple of the puzzles needed two people physically but had something else happen elsewhere. The facility feels like a rundown warehouse or a facility that stopped midway through construction. No AC was a problem in the summertime. The room itself had some interesting elements and we enjoyed some of the puzzles a lot. Our gamemaster was helpful and friendly.

Lost CityEscapology - WilliamsburgEscape roomIRLThere were two of us. Everything was fine for two people except one would have been better with a third person. We enjoyed the room. Some interesting puzzles. The atmosphere/scenery/props were good for the story. Our gamemaster was working more than one room. This resulted in an incorrect hint being given to us which cost us a fair amount of time. One of the room elements for the atmosphere (but not needed for puzzles) was not working. This was our first experience with this establishment and we had enough enjoyment to consider doing another room later that week.
The GalleryNerd EscapesEscape roomIRLThere were two of us. Wasn't sure whether to choose thumbs down or thumbs up. It wasn't really bad, but definitely not among our more enjoyable experiences. First, we prefer experiences where the gamemaster is assigned to only one room instead of running the entire facility. We don't want to have to wait for them to finish with another room's group when we ask for a hint. Further, we would have preferred hints tailored to us and not reading from a longish script describing things we had already solved. Although we escaped, one of the puzzles was an entire guess on our part... even after getting a hint and explanation after the fact. Another discouraging item was that when things opened, we did not know. They made next to no sound and one barely opened so the visual was not there either. We had to figure out "did something open"? The creaks in the floor, noises in the hall and next room were louder than the openings. In the extreme case, we did not know we had finished until the game master came in, and we asked if we were done. When we mentioned the lack of sound, the response was "it used to be louder, but it scared people". Most of the puzzles themselves were interesting and enjoyable like in other rooms we have done.

Only caveat is that one of the puzzles was very difficult for someone only 5 foot tall. Luckily, we had a taller person. It is a room with multiple levels and we did not do the harder level.

Bank Heist 2 - CLOSEDRoom Escape WilliamsburgEscape roomIRLThis was a decent room and we enjoyed it. A couple of the things took more strength to open than typically allowed in an escape room. A couple of different "neat" puzzles. We were only two people and almost finished. Not the best of soundproofing. Noise from the next room distracted us a couple of times.

A couple of puzzles were nice to have another person helping but not required. Definitely had some CLUE feel. For us older people, know that even the board game has a couple of different names for things these days, but won't take you long to figure out.
