Set wasn’t amazing and story wasn’t strong, but the puzzles made up for it. The room can also be made hard AND harder if you into that kind of thing (which we chose the hardest version and escaped). Fair warning- if you do choose the hardest version- it is ALOT of puzzles. So bring your A game.
The Official SAW EscapeSaw Escape RoomEscape roomIRLI might be part of only a few who didn’t absolutely love the room. It was okay… being paired with 8 other random people isn’t my ideal room and they force you to progress to the next room jo matter what. It could have been so much better. The sets they had were pretty cool however.
Stash HouseStash HouseEscape roomIRLIs room is the definition of an escape room. Puzzle after puzzle after puzzle. If you go to rooms for puzzles, this is the perfect room for you.
Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLThis room is amazing. Set is amazing, puzzle design is amazing, game master was great, everything was extremely well done.
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis room was super fun! The set was amazing and huge! Wasn’t expecting it to be as big as it was. However, for how many/ how big the rooms were, most were filler rooms with MAYBE one puzzle if you were lucky, so I’d say it needed a few more puzzles. Other than that it was a great time and room, the gamemasters I believe were the owners and they were great.
Enchanted [prev. Warlocked]Redondo Beach [prev. Quest Room]Escape roomIRLThis room was extremely fun! Different type of room and I liked that they marked all the optional puzzles, however they still found a way to make these optional puzzles important. Very fun!
Escobar: Part 1 (The Betrayal)The Escape RevolutionEscape roomIRLThis room was very fun and the puzzles were decently well done. However for a group of experienced people, we breezed through the room and had over an hour remaining. At the time we paid 90$ per person and I feel it wasn’t worth the price because we completed it so quickly. However, I have heard that their prices have dropped a bit, which now might make it more worth the price.
TombstoneMaze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLTombstone is by far my favorite western room I’ve ever done. Everything you expect to be in a western is in this room. If you have see the movie Tombstone (not required) it makes the room a whole lot more personal. Very solid room with solid puzzles.
Sky OdysseyMaze Rooms - VermontEscape roomIRLI can see why new comers probably love this room, but coming from an experienced POV, this room needs some updates. It has potential to be an amazing room if things worked properly.

Belly of the Beast [Chapter 1]Enchanted Escape Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLTypically I go to this location not expecting an amazing set, but I have met the owner for one of our rooms there and he was great and he puts a lot of effort into them and they have decent puzzles in most! But belly of the beast was extremely janky and needed to be looked at. Many things were broken or didn’t work and a few boxes were left open (game masters fault). With that being said- this was probably my least favorite Enchanted Escape room experience and room.
Prison - CLOSEDMaze Rooms - Robertson BlvdEscape roomIRLThis room might have been cool back when it first opened, but it is terribly outdated and very poorly taken care of. 95% of the puzzles were broken, torn, or just didn’t work at all. The game master didn’t really care that none of these were broken and basically said sorry but this is how it ends and that was it. Very disappointing.
Whatever Happened To The Garretts?Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLThis room is incredible. From the puzzle design and flow - to the set design and everything to come. Whatever happened to the Garrett’s is in my top 5 not only because of the puzzle quality and ingenuity, but the set is just amazing and nailed down perfectly. It fits the 80’s 100%. The twist at the end is also completely unexpected heading into the room. It is also filled to the brim with Easter eggs so keep an eye out for tiny details and references. If your paying attention to the room (and if you have a game master that explains everything to you after) the story lines up nicely.
