Professor Bernard Watson has been on the hunt for the legendary Sasquatch for years. As his research partner, you’ve indulged his fantasy and covered for him whenever he follows the urge to disappear for a long weekend out in the woods. Last week he left a crazed voicemail insisting he had proof but that someone was coming to get him. He left instructions for you to join him at his cabin if he didn’t send further communication. Now he’s gone missing, and while you’re certain there’s no such thing as Sasquatch, you feel it’s your duty to find him. Darkness is falling when you arrive at his cabin, and there’s an ominous presence in the woods. Will you find the professor and uncover the truth or will the shadow in the forest find you first?

This was my favourite room at this location (of the four that I played). Really nice decoration, which gave it an authentic feel. I like the variety of puzzles (including one that I have only seen in a couple other places, which is always nice!). As with all of their rooms, they did a great job of accommodating me as a solo player (I was traveling alone).

Very immersive. We could tell they put a lot of thought into all the small details. We have done escape rooms all over the country and this room ranks near the top!

My favourite of the three rooms we played tonight. Great immersive atmosphere, some puzzles I'd not seen before and high production value.

This was a very well made room which felt immersive and had some creative puzzles. Only complaint is that we got out fairly fast.
Thanks for the review. I will say on average teams finish that room with about 7min left. We may need to create challenge levels for teams like you ;). You guys were a blast to host and probably the best small group to complete our marathon package. Thanks again for coming down to Festus. Congrats on making the Leaderboard with no clues for Lost Souls too!

As a cryptid nerd i wanted more “squatch” in this squatch room! All the set designs at this location are really built out and neat. Definitely worth playing!

An unexpectedly golden gem hiding in the woods! The set is much more impressive than I expected! The puzzles were overall great, though a few sure stumped us. There was a big wow moment that I almost wish I got to experience more. Overall highly recommend this room and every other room at this place. Manager was super nice and talked about Easter eggs with us. We were looking for a great place around STL. Boxed In’s big feet filled in the big shoes nicely!

Incredible, worth the drive from St. Louis, but next time we come to Boxed In, we are booking two rooms back to back. Our little group of 3 was probably the perfect size for this room.

The amount of fun my group had in this room was amazing! This is the first Sasquatch room that took it to the next level and exceeded in all expectations! From small unexpected things to really fun puzzles we had a great time playing this room! This is the best Sasquatch room we’ve ever played! We even made the leaderboard for this room which was super cool!
