The Heist

i liked this room a lot! played with two relatively new gamers and my best friend (we’ve done many together). I think 4 is optimal for this room, if not 5 or 6 for newer players. the puzzles were unique and smart. the art gallery itself was gorgeous. there were some puzzles that couldn’t be solved without solving another first, even though i was under the impression it was somewhat asynchronous. either way, aesthetically pleasing room for sure there were some minor tech issues (no pencil in the first room, which made us lose a ton of time when our GM stopped replying) but other than that, really liked this one!

Excellent heist room! I love that the gallery itself in the room museum was genuinely interesting. Like, I would check out actual art pieces in this museum that I am heisting from. The puzzles made sense, were logical, and utilized the art works well! All the rooms at the Boston Red Fox are great and are highly recommended!

Fun Heist game with a surprising first room - loved the theming. Conundrum Museum in Boston was a similar theme but a bit more puzzley, so I liked that one better. But this is great too!

This was a fun, immersive and challenging experience with lots of attention to detail and great customer service. Was a memorable party for teens and looking forward to going back. Hints are given on a screen, I prefer when they are given over a speaker, because I had to turn around to see them and sometimes missed them as I did not hear the audio cue (although it was a birthday party for teens and they were being very loud!)

All of the rooms at Red Fox are unique, challenging, and so so satisfying. They are clearly crafted with care. This is probably their most straightforward room in terms of story, but it makes up for it with a lot of unique, high production value, visual puzzling! We did the room with 6 people and were glad to have so many folks there to help us get through all the content within the time frame! I think this room would be a LOT for 2 people. Possible (?), but definitely a challenge.

All puzzles were well done and had a good mix of hard and easy puzzles. The vibe was one point!

Our team of six tackled this room and it was a total blast. One even enjoyed this so much he announced it was his favorite room that he's been to. The immersion is great - it added a lot to the feeling of fun. But by far the best part of this room was its non-linear playstyle. We naturally broke into our own groups and tackled different puzzles at the same time, and had a great time discussing the different puzzles on the way home. Highly recommend!
