The Marlowe Hotel

An extremely solid room that makes great use of the space that they have. The puzzles in the room flow well and you generally know what you should be working on at all times. The puzzle sequences did feel a bit same-y compared to the variation of puzzles in other rooms but they still provide a good mix of challenging and logical puzzles. The set is beautiful with the classic noire monochromatic colour scheme for the whole room while the players are drip fed the story over the course of the game through the words that are used to unlock padlocks which I quite enjoyed.

Absolutely loved this room, so immersive I forgot that everything was black and white.

This room is awesome. The black and white theme makes it particularly immersive. It also looks beautiful - as is the case with all of the rooms I have completed at the Cipher room so far. This one is certainly more challenging than their others, and had cool and unique clues.

One of the best escape room that I have done. I loved the theme and the intuitive puzzles.

This room was truly amazing with its theming, puzzles and ideas. From the moment you step in, you feel like you are transported to another dimension.

Magical and slightly surreal atmosphere from the moment you open your eyes transported into another world.

Super well themed, very fun puzzles. Satisfying and challenging experience - would recommend embracing the black and white aesthetic and dressing the part for the room.

Cipher Room are in a league of their own so compared to their other rooms this one is pretty meh. Compared to anywhere else it would be top tier. Their other rooms have more spark and intrigue compared to this one.
