The Medieval Quest

An entertaining game of medieval whimsy full of entertaining puzzles alongside a nicely designed set, the Medieval Quest is a fun time for all. On a hunt for the famed sword of excalibur, this room's theme flows well throughout with the puzzles moving between differing medieval spaces with great themed puzzles. There were a few set items around that appeared to be puzzles no longer in action that were somewhat distracting along with some general wear and tear around, the room could use with a slight facelift to improve player immersion and experience.

A really strong addition to the Mystery Rooms lineup! More on the difficult side, the Medieval Quest provides quite a large space to explore with heaps of puzzles scattered throughout. Some fun bits of NPC interaction with our Gamemaster mixed with the inclusion of some post-quest bonus puzzles really added a lot to the experience, making it much more engaging overall. The room itself did show its age in certain areas through general wear and tear but nothing that would otherwise detract from the experience as a whole. Would absolutely recommend, a classic well thought out escape room!

This room was lots of fun. We got distracted by a red herring in the first part but apart from that it flowed really well, there was fun interaction with the game master, lots of different puzzles, and bonus puzzles add a fun challenge to try to improve your time.
