“We had the pleasure to experience all 3 of the rooms at Rabbit back to back. Definitely one of the nicer operations I've been to. The staff was very friendly, the themed lobby had engaging activities to do between rooms, and all the rooms were great. The ruins room is my favorite theme of the 3 rooms. It felt very engaging and immersive. The last puzzle is difficult but the rest flows well and would be fun for young kids.”

“I loved this room! There was four of us and we did it as a work team building. We worked so good together. The puzzles flowed well. The story and visuals were awesome and immersive. We only needed two small nudges at the end but were on the right track. I thought this one was the easiest out of the three rooms they have. Its very non linear so I recommend a minimum of four players. Give it a shot because all the games at Rabbit Hole are awesome!”

“Hands down my favorite room here at Rabbit Hole! Every game here is amazing but this was during quarantine and it was recommended to us and we were happy to have gone! I would play this again and not remember a thing but be so happy!”

“Another great mansion/manor type decor + theme in the Denver area that I adore. Smaller room where we could've had 4 people instead of the larger group size we had. Only about 2-3 traditional locks/puzzles in the room. The puzzles and interactive moments are so magical and memorable. A great room for mid-level or veterans. Fantastic for folks who love being immersed into a room!”

Remember those point-and-click adventure games where you’re locked in a room and have to solve puzzles to find the key and escape? Those online games were the original inspiration for the live escape rooms you’ll find all across the world today. An escape room is an immersive experience where you (and your team of 2 or more people) are locked in a room with a series of puzzles for 60 minutes. To escape and win the game, you have to look for clues, solve the puzzles, and find the key. While most escape rooms only give you 60 minutes to complete the challenge, others may have shorter or longer time limits. Many venues are private rooms where you and your team are the only players. However, some places may pair you with other groups who booked a slot at the same time. And don’t worry about getting stuck, asking for hints on a difficult puzzle is totally normal. While the original escape room (created by SCRAP in 2007) had a fairly simple aesthetic, today’s escape games often take you into a different world. Artistic set designs, secret doors, and unique interactive elements are all part of the fun. It’s like an adventure game that you can interact with in real life. But if you’re hoping to preview any rooms before you book a game somewhere, detailed images and videos can be hard to find. To keep the puzzles a secret and preserve the experience of seeing the room for the first time, most venues only offer a few photos or a short trailer about the room’s theme or narrative. The only way to know what it’s like is to go and try it for yourself!
