“Heist Havoc was an amazing room! For being a game guide at 60 to Escape, I really enjoyed this experience. The puzzles were unique, the story was on point, and the effects were immersive. Our game guide, Nick, was very engaged and provided nudges when needed. Will be coming back to this location once other games open up!”

“I love this game, it’s engaging, atmospheric, and surprising. The set design is realistic, and the layout sprawling. Lighting is on point too. The pirate theme is a well-worn trope in the escape room world, but these guys do it well. We had a group of 4 enthusiasts, and I would probably recommend 3 to 4. The puzzles are a great mix of logic problems, dexterity challenges, and searching for items. The final puzzle is pretty tough if you’re not familiar with the format, so make sure to bring a smart person along. 👩🎓 As is the case with most of 60 to Escape’s games, there’s a dash of humor too. I love the denizens of the world they created, including the talking parrot.”

“Excellent and hilarious concept! This is basically 3 escape rooms in one with a built-in fake lobby. Of course, 3 of the most common escape themes are represented here. There are a lot of puzzles overall, and bigger groups will have an easier time because it’s totally nonlinear. So nonlinear to the point where our small 2 person group had to divide and conquer, and sometimes move between rooms to more efficiently use our time if we got stuck. It’s very meta, and as enthusiasts, we get the joke!”

“Rating: 4/5 - Unique theme with a cool gimmick Pros: ➕Set looked good and was fairly immersive. Lots of custom builds and some special effects. ➕Puzzles were mostly likeable and fit the theme, seemed like there was a bit more variety than a lot of their other rooms. ➕Some tactile, physical inputs (instead of buttons) ➕Good use of audio ➕Almost all tech (buttons, screens, sensors, maglocks), no combo locks and just a couple of key locks but they were used where they made sense. ➕The room's gimmick was cool and well implemented ➕Multiple rooms to explore ➕GM was friendly and helpful when needed Could be better: ➖Some areas of the rooms felt a bit sparse, could've used a bit more detail to add to the immersion. ➖No animatronics or fun characters like many of 60 to Escapes other rooms, they have spoiled me 😅 I'd recommend 2-3 enthusiasts, we finished as a team of 2 with no hints. My ranking of 60 to Escape rooms (all locations) starting with my favorite. 1. Lockbuster Video ❤️ 2. Cheesie's Pizza Party ❤️ 3. Invasion ❤️ 4. Pirates Curse ❤️ 5. Mystery Manor ❤️ 6. Hidden Temple ❤️ 7. Duke's Farm ❤️ 8. Casino Heist ❤️ 9. Merlin's Legacy ❤️ 10. Blast From The Past 👍 11. Starship: Final Frontier 👍 12. Jurassic Outpost 👍 13. Arctic Expedition 👍 14. Museum Heist 👍 15. The Storm 👍 16. Magic Heist 👍 17. Containment 👍”

“Rating: 4/5 - Tech filled room with an exciting ending Pros: ➕Set looked great and everything you see and touch fits the theme ➕Exciting ending with an entertaining encounter ➕Good use of lighting effects, audio/music, and even scents. ➕All tech based puzzles (sensors, buttons, maglocks), no combo locks with some tactile inputs. Only 1 padlock but it fit the time period. ➕Almost all tech (buttons, maglocks), only 1 combo lock ➕Multiple rooms to explore ➕GM was friendly and helpful when needed Could be better: ➖Too dark, it was hard to find things, read, and distinguish colors. ➖One item was hidden in an annoying location. ➖Puzzle types were a bit repetitive (though still likeable), 60 to Escape tends to do a lot of puzzles involving pushing/pulling things in a specific order. I'd recommend 2-3 enthusiasts, we finished as a team of 2 with around 5-10 min left. My ranking of 60 to Escape rooms (all locations) starting with my favorite. 1. Lockbuster Video ❤️ 2. Cheesie's Pizza Party ❤️ 3. Invasion ❤️ 4. Pirates Curse ❤️ 5. Mystery Manor ❤️ 6. Hidden Temple ❤️ 7. Duke's Farm ❤️ 8. Casino Heist ❤️ 9. Merlin's Legacy ❤️ 10. Blast From The Past 👍 11. “2nd timing visiting 60 to Escape’s Milwaukee location and The Storm was another fantastic experience. We have done all 6 Woodfield rooms and 5 of the 7 Gurnee rooms, so we knew this would be another great room. The Storm had an impressive set design and multiple rooms to explore. There was lots of fun tech used in the rooms and the “storm conditions” made you feel like you were on a farm, and in a farmhouse, during a tornado. There were fun tie-ins with some movies, and there was one puzzle that you had to be very observant at the correct moment. The room did not have as many puzzles as some of 60’s other rooms, and we could not get into a great flow like we usually do. We went down the wrong path with one puzzle and it used up a lot of time. We had an “off” night with our solving skills, but, luckily, this was an easier room and our GM (Molly) provided some timely hints to ensure we would not get swept away in The Storm. As usual, customer service was fantastic and everyone we interacted with upon our arrival was really fun to talk with. The Storm was another great room from 60 to Escape.”
