“When we called on the phone, the owner told us not to get our hopes up, because we had done 100+ rooms and he wasn't sure how this would stack up. But we were blown away, and this was easily one of my favorite rooms I've ever done! My hubby and I completed it with just the 2 of us, and we made it out with only 5 minutes to spare. The creative use of technology, the narrative, and the unique puzzles were all incredible. A very memorable ending and lots of impressive set pieces we've seen before made this unforgettable! “Amazing room! From start to finish, you are immersed in the theme. Our game master Horatio was awesome and his characters were on point. This room had so many cool mechanisms and a top notch atmosphere.”

“A unique approach to a pitch-black game. It is smartly designed so that if you are sick of the darkness, you can explore other areas in the light; you are not stuck in a pitch black environment. There are a few scares and moments of courage, but it is not intended to be a full-blown horror experience. The space is snug; I would not bring more than 4 players.”

“Outstanding immersion: rain, and thunder, boarded-up windows, spectacular performance of the live actor. No-touch policy but a few nicely done jump scares. Birdy was the live actor/game master and she is amazing at doing her work: she adjusted well to the players. One perception-based puzzle was expert/super hard difficulty. We played as a team of two; better bring three or four players for the optimal experience. I was also happy with the number of different rooms. This is a gruesome setting, we did not like it, especially when you have to touch certain objects, but some people may like the setting. Play this room soon because they are going to replace it with a new room this year (2026).”

“Candy Cane Conundrum is an escape room that will just have you smiling from start to finish. Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, you are guaranteed to get into the Christmas spirit by the end of this experience. As for the puzzles, most are straightforward but it does help to have another set of eyes or ears. We did this room with 2 people but I think 3-4 could be a good number as well if you’re going for record-breaking time. Some puzzles are mechanical and some may require physical agility aka crawling or climbing up the stairs. There are accommodations if you find the physical aspect to be a little too much. We didn’t get a chance to do the other rooms in this location but we would have done more if time allowed! Our game master brought all the energy and we appreciate her! Parking is not the easiest during the busy times but if you go one street over, you might be able to snag a spot.”

“This was one of the best single-room games I have played. The set is very unassuming, in an apartment, but is an amazing use of the space with more than it meets the eye. The puzzles were unique and memorable. I recommend this game”

“Really fun room. Puzzles were fun and combo of mechanical and keypad style. Great atmosphere. Murder mystery; does not follow the Agatha Christie story. Still, fun story, good gameplay. Decent challenge. Best room they have (of the 4 we've done).”

“Pros: non-linear puzzles; great setting; the hardest puzzle was fun; the tactile puzzle was satisfying; variety of puzzles such as visual, perception-based, tactile/sensory, logic, physical, audio puzzles. Cons: the first room is too dim; the audio puzzle was hard to follow: we asked for a written transcript; one puzzle had cursive letters using a weird hard-to-distinguish font.”
