This is my number two all-time favorite location because all three rooms were excellent. I’ve been to other escape rooms where one of the rooms really stands out, but it’s rare when they all do. All three rooms were different and challenging for different reasons but really well maintained, clean, in great working order. Can’t say enough about the host Chad as well. Very enthusiastic and eager to make our experience the best it can be. We are veterans and had enough challenge without it being unreasonable. This would be number 3 of the 3 for me but still a fantastic room.

This is my favorite room of the three rooms at this location and number two all-time favorite location because all three rooms were excellent. I’ve been to other escape rooms where one of the rooms really stands out, but it’s rare when they all do. All three rooms were different and challenging for different reasons but really well maintained, clean, in great working order. Can’t say enough about Chad the host as well. Very enthusiastic and eager to make our experience the best it can be. We are veterans and had enough challenge without it being unreasonable. Everyone talks about the small space but it’s very manageable with four players. I would not recommend having more than that or less because there is a lot of thinking puzzles here. Most of it was high-tech, but there were some mechanical things. There were also some things I’ve never seen before so that was awesome and I’ve done over 100 rooms.

It’s kind of a shame they are decommissioning it, but I’m sure whatever they replace it with, will be fabulous.

I got a disturbing phone call hours before our scheduled time. It was to let me know the game was down currently but they hoped to get it back up and running by the time we got there. Unfortunately, that did not happen but they more than took care of us by giving us discount, and keeping us informed of the status. They were able to get it up by the next day and schedule us in. I really appreciated the call ahead of time and the way they handled our problem. So worth all the trouble since this was a fantastic room and we all loved it!! We had 7 of us, which is probably 2 too many since one of the rooms is a little small. 4 or 5 is probably the best number.

This is the experience that made me swear off going back to Escape Game. We like their rooms but only when it is just our group. We will only do private rooms from now on. There is no “team-building” with strangers. You have no idea who has what skills or how to even talk to them effectively. They either take over things you don’t get a chance to do or they sit on the sidelines and you feel like you’re keeping them from enjoying their game. Very awkward dynamic. Or in this case, the added guy gave us the answers before we could discover them on our own!
