40 ThievesMindTrap Escape Room - TemeculaEscape roomIRLTHIS IS THE BEST ROOM I’VE DONE. Without a doubt they did an amazing job from start to finish. If Disney did an escape room it would be this and it’s not an understatement. You don’t need to be an enthusiast and casual to truly appreciate the quality that you are experiencing. This should be on everyone’s list. The story telling and progression of the game has your attention from the second you walk in and stays with you well after you leave. Puzzles were interactive and made sense. Some were easy and some were challenging. They are so many to do and makes the time fly. My 2 complaints are that I wish I couldn’t stay in that world longer or experience it for the first time again. Side note. We also did gold rush and that is a fantastic game. We did them back to back. We are doing Excalibur and Winnie the Pooh today and I can’t wait to experience those. Eventually friendly and pleasant staff. This company is family owned and is a A+!!!
Chapter 1: Occam's ApartmentOff The Couch GamesEscape roomIRLOff the Couch is World Class. We did all 3 rooms in the same day and played them in order. Simply put, this is an experience you will never forget. Every Room has unique puzzles and elements I’ve never seen before. I’ve done over 115 rooms and counting. The interaction you have with each story creates a world of immersion that is top tier. You can feel the amount of care, passion, and thought that went into building these rooms. These are longer rooms which is worth every moment you are in them. If there is only 1 company that you have an option to do a room in in the Bay Area it is off the couch. Everyone person that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Games masters have an awesome way of communicating based on which room you are doing. Cant wait for the new rooms to open.
Treasure IslandBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLOne of the best experiences I’ve had. We played both Flynn’s arcade and Treasure island. Let me start off by saying Greg the game master was the best. He did both of our games and was amazing. My kids 7 and 5 enjoyed as our GM as well. Both sets are top tier. There is plenty to do in both rooms. I say play them back to back. You won’t be disappointed. Brain Games know what they are doing. They will immerse you in the best way that you won’t want to leave the world you are in.

Winnie The PoohMindTrap Escape Room - MurrietaEscape roomIRLMindTrap is elite. Every room is a A+. This one is no exception. The whole family will enjoy this game. Set design is Disney level. Gameplay is thought out and fun. You felt like you were part of the story and Not trying to figure out puzzles.
Specter InspectorsSurf City EscapesEscape roomIRLI played all four games today as solo player. Let me first start off by saying what a wonderful company. Every person on the staff was incredible and I was able to meet one of the owners. She was awesome. My game master Joseph, who did all my games was really fun to work with. Every single one of their rooms is well thought out and perfectly executed. They all were extremely different from one another. You can tell the amount of thought that went into each room. If you are a first timer, novice, or experience you have to come to surf city escapes. Specter Inspector is probably the most challenging room due to the share amount of puzzles that are there. What’s cool about this room is that they have two different modes so if you come with your kids, they can tone it down which is great. I played it on under their Spooky version and had some really cool jumps.
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLIt has move into my Top 5. Simply beautiful. The guys at hypnotic are true to the art. You can tell and see the amount of love they have for escape rooms. The amount of detail that the room has is in rare air. Theming and puzzles were perfect.m, challenging and fun. Thank you again for making it special for me and my son. He loved it as well
Whatever Happened To The Garretts?Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLPeak Nostalgia. If you like stranger things than you will love this. Puzzles were very creative. Some easy. Some a little more challenging. I can see why people love this room. The game play flowed. Set design was top notch
