Servants of Sleight
The Exit Games FL
Escape room
IRL
My bestie and I tackled this game this morning and I have been hearing its highest of praises for over a year now. He swears by this game, it’s in his Top 10 games, and now it’s in mine as well. You guys, this game was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail, the immersion, the humor, the twists; truly I could go on all day. I loved every second of it, and I’m so happy this got to kick start my extraordinary journey in Florida. If you have the opportunity to come to Florida, please please please PLEASE stop at Exit Games in Clearwater, these games are one of a kind. And you will not be disappointed.

I JUST PLAYED MY 50TH ESCAPE ROOM! ✨ My best friend and I jumped into this game, and once again, this game is also on his Top 10 games , and once again, it also is now in mine. Y’all, this game made me want to get a new tattoo so badly. I could dawdle on for hours, but this room is unlike an escape room I’ve played before and I am so happy this got to be my first milestone game. The immersion, the creative energy, the ambience, set, design — They do escape rooms so much better than anyone else I’ve seen, and they truly know what they’re doing. It combines such amazing theming, puzzle flow, and etc. The perfect mix of scary and utterly fascinating. Please jump on this game if you can, I could not speak higher of it.
Phantom Files: The Investigation Of Lockturne Manor

Love love LOVE playing Phantom Files. It’s the perfect mix of spooky and classic camp — Think of it as if Ghostbusters and Scooby Doo had a baby. Puzzles were thoughtful yet not overwhelming, ambiance is perfect, scares and spookies are just right (there is some pure darkness that caught me off guard, but still really immersive). Big shout out for my game master and live actor, Nathaniel; his characterization of the Frankie was honestly one of the best interactions I’ve had in a very long time. From his body language to use of vocal styling and characterization, he set the tone. Overall, I think that this game is a great room for all people from young to old, to test the waters of escape rooms with spooks and scares. You’re gonna love it.
Click 'N Glitch Arcade Palace

I had to opportunity to play Click N Glitch at The Escape Ventures in Port Charlotte, and y’all, let me just say, that was so much fun! The ambiance, the puzzles, the attention to details, and the immersive energy from my game master (yeah, he does happen to be my best friend, nbd) — It was all so enjoyable and a great time, even as just a solo player. I highly recommend coming to play this game with your friends if you want to be seriously challenged and want to test your brain.
Nightfall: Creature At Camp Deadwood

I had to pleasure of playing Nightfall: The Creature at Camp Dreadwood this morning, and it felt so good to have some spooky time. I love a good spooky moment. Nightfall truly does have a level of mystery, fear, and well, CAMP, haha. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the puzzles were very creative, and the character driven parts that made it sooo enjoyable. It gave me “1980’s cabin in the woods, something is out there to kill you” vibes and I lived for it.

This was honestly such a blast! The challenges were fun, the trivia tickled my brain (and I absolutely ate the “theatre” category, you’re so welcome, team!), our other teammates were enjoying it too, and we just felt so immersed in everything we did. My best friend and I loved every thing about it. We recommend highly!
Bruno's Bistro
Check Mate - Land O' Lakes
Escape room
IRL
We did this game on a whim, and I knew nothing about it — Currently on a trip from Los Angeles to come play a bunch of escape rooms with my best friend and we loved it. My friend speaks Italian and wouldn’t stop living his full Italian fantasy in this bistro. The ambiance, the detail, the puzzles, and all the fun moments set this apart from so many other games. I’ve never seen a game like this and we loved every second. Bruno’s Bistro and Checkmate Escape Rooms is a major hidden gems that needs to be given their flowers.
Sir Walter Speakeasy
The Tower Escapes
Escape room
IRL
Needed to go to ONE escape room while I was out visiting Raleigh this weekend — Sir Walter’s Speakeasy was the one that piqued my interest the most. So I grabbed my motley crew and we tackled it. Fun room, fairly difficult puzzles, not much of a thorough flow by any means. Truthfully, when you enter, there is MUCH to be desired, and you sort of feel like there’s nothing happening. As you progress, you’ll find more and more little things appear, so not all is lost. The experienced escape room lover will definitely be perplexed and feel a sense of ease here. Definitely had fun.
Rogue Scientist 1990
The Escape Game - Online
Escape room
Virtual
My best friend and I have been on the hunt for virtual escape rooms and puzzle games to keep us entertained from 2200 miles apart and we stumbled across TEG having some. We loved the theming; however some of the logic of the puzzles seems to be a bit misleading. Still loved playing; it’s a perfect thing to do with friends far and wide. Keep your eyes open and read EVERYTHING you can.
