Asylum Escape This - Melbourne CBDEscape roomIRLWow what an experience that room was. Absolutely incredible theming, immersion, use of puzzles in the game world and just everything you can think of. I can’t praise this room enough it’s a must do. Definitely a bit spooky but nothing terrifying unless you’re afraid of the dark (there’s a lot of darkness)

That being said, advertisements mark it as one of if not the most scary horror experiences in Melbourne. It’s not scary at all apart from the awesome theming and ambience. I wouldn’t let that hold you back, this is imo a must play escape room if you’re in Melbourne

The best part of this is just how immersive it is, 5+ actors that you actively talk to and work alongside in some cases. The main downside would honestly be the amount of people required, not for inconvenience but due to the fact it takes away from the horror. This would easily be one of the scarier rooms if you could go with less people
CarnivorousContainaphobiaEscape roomIRLEasily the best escape room I’ve done. Not only are the puzzles insanely immersive and impressive but the scare factor is out of this world. The game is structured like a video game in the sense you are meant to go back multiple times in order to complete it, each time with subtle changes that make it either harder or different. The host Ben is also incredible and very friendly!
