The puzzles were fun, the story was engaging, and the set was stunning. Go play this room! The only reason it's not a TERPECA winner yet is because it's too new. I guarantee it will be on the 2023 list.
Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLBeautifully executed and very fun to play. This room is easily in my top five rooms in the US. Some puzzles are fun, some challenging, and others a combination. The icing on the cake is that there were physical locks...one of the most satisfying things in a room! Our GM was perfect- energetic, efficient and kind enough to give us a peak behind the scenes afterwards.
Le Jour du Jugement [Judgement Day]EliviascapeEscape roomIRLThis room had unique puzzles and a clear storyline. The actor put forth maximum effort. We enjoyed the grand finale. I liked this room a bit more than Abstraction.
Ghost PatrolTrivium GamesEscape roomIRLThis is SUCH a great room! Since we played, I've thought about how clever the puzzles are on multiple occasions. There's not much to say that hasn't been said, but we did escape with two. It's expensive to play this way, but it's doable for experienced players.
Quest For The Temple of LightThe Keepers of BalanceEscape roomIRLThe room was impressive and easily the best in the Charlotte area, but we wanted more. It's an easy room, especially for four experienced players.

40 ThievesMindTrap Escape Room - TemeculaEscape roomIRLWe've now played 45 rooms in Southern California, and this is our favorite! It was such a good time, and it checked all the boxes for me- fun and logical puzzles, great flow, thematic props, great set design and attentive GM. Check this room out!
The StorykeeperLocurioEscape roomIRLOf the rooms we played in Seattle, this was was our group's favorite. We enjoyed the clever, original puzzles and beautiful set. The actor was one of the best we've encountered in a room.
