Sorry to hear about your concerns and your experience. We do not have a flashlight that we provide in the game but we do have a blacklight flashlight that is used for 1 of the puzzles which is checked prior to each game. If you would please reach out to me directly with your concerns I would be very interested in getting a better understanding so we may address to future rough experiences for other guests.
