Pins & Needles Tattoo ParlorThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLHaving just done Servants of Slight, we had high expectations for Pins and Needles, yet we were still blown away. The level of immersion is unbeatable, and you can tell how much the owners progressed in their designs over their first room. I could go on and on about this room, but you just need to see and feel for yourself. You will not be disappointed!!
Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLAnother a-maize-ing feat for the Escape Ventures team! Genuinely frightening, hilarious, and campy all at the same time. It goes without saying that the production value of this room goes above and beyond what we’ve seen before, and if you’ve been to any of their locations, you’ll know that’s a huge accomplishment. Take off your scaredy pants, bring your brave friends, and buckle up for an unforgettable night at the fair 🎃
Neighborhood WatcherThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLAt over 50+ games, I can confidently say this is the best escape experience I have ever played. I had played Bros for Life at The Escape Ventures previously, so I knew this was going to be good, but WOW. The immersion and story-telling really puts you in the game, and there were points where I was legitimately freaked out in the best way. Nick was absolutely incredible at leading our experience and I cannot wait for more.
Operation Arctic Storm: The Final MeltdownThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThe Escape Ventures always set the bar so high and Arctic Storm was no exception! The set is absolutely incredible and we had so many laughs along the way. They were kind enough to let us play with just our group of two but it’s definitely a beast for less experienced players. We were blown away by the puzzles and theming at every turn. I didn’t feel as though the actor was totally necessary to the story but she definitely kept us entertained and laughing the entire time. I’m sad to say we have now completed all of the rooms at TEV and you cannot go wrong with a single one. Definitely in the top of all the places we’ve been. Can’t wait for more!
Phantom Files: The Investigation Of Lockturne ManorThe Escape Ventures - Port CharlotteEscape roomIRLIf you’re not immune to catchy tunes, the Spirit Stalkers theme song will “haunt” you in the best way. Our gamemaster, Kylon, really brought this game to life, and as with any TEV game, we were very impressed by the design. There were some moments that definitely made us jump, but the experience itself is more just spooky and not too scary. Looking forward to the next room here!
Crazy Train: The Ballad of Skeemin' PlotzDoldrick's Escape RoomEscape roomIRLDefinitely the most unique room at Doldrick’s. We were blown away at the design and clever use of the space. It really felt like we were in the middle of some crazy cartoon, and the ending definitely ties it all together. If you ever wished to be the hero in an old style cartoon, this one’s for you!
Click 'N Glitch Arcade PalaceThe Escape Ventures - Port CharlotteEscape roomIRLSome really unique gameplay elements paired with some 90s nostalgia really brought this game to life! The use of the space was fantastic and there were enough puzzles to keep the two of us busy the entire time. After completing all their rooms in Orlando, making the trip to this location was definitely worth it as expected.
Cinema 7Will To Escape - OrlandoEscape roomIRLCinema 7 gave us much more than we expected from our first experience at Will To Escape! We knew we were in for a treat as soon as we stepped into the room and it definitely delivered. The vibe was a tiny bit spooky but not at all scary which gave the game just a little tension. We also appreciated the clever use of the space. At over 100+ games between the two of us, we found the puzzles quite unique and challenging enough to take almost the entire hour. They were also kind enough to let us take a glimpse at other rooms which looked great as well.
Bros for Life: Fraternity HeistThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLI can’t say enough positive things about this room. It was SO much fun and we were laughing the entire time. The entire game is so immersive and captivating we really got lost in the fun of it until the very end!
