The Seventh Room was made even more intense and thrilling with Ashley as our game master. She was animated and you felt her passion for giving the customer the best experience. Can’t wait to try another one here!

The big drawback to this room (being that it’s the only room we’ve done at this location) was our game guide. It felt as though we were preschoolers being babysat. Constantly told over the speaker not to touch things (that were not marked down not touch and were clearly a part of the game) and in a forceful tone. From the very beginning, the tone of the evening was set by the game guide’s explanation of the rules like we were already in trouble. We’ve done over 60 escape rooms and while we know the typical rules, we always politely nod and allow explanation of the rules. This was different. I also do not like not being ‘allowed’ to bring phones into the room. We are in there for about an hour and as parents, I do not like being out of pocket that long without a phone.

They give a lot of hints along the way, which we don’t necessarily like, but most of the time, we were headed in that direction before we got the nudge.
Time MachineCountdown GamesEscape roomIRLThis may be my absolute favorite escape room I’ve done. Countdown games is, hand’s down, the most immersive and novel rooms you will play. We have done murder mansion, pirate ship, and the scary one, but Time Machine was amazing. The puzzles are thought provoking, difficult but doable, and thematic. The set is so nostalgic and brings you back in time. Loved the final puzzle the most! Highly recommend if you want a fun family friendly fly game!

It was a lot of fun and novel puzzles that were very thematic. This goes down as a favorite of mine.
The Scary OneCountdown GamesEscape roomIRLThis was a HARD one. We probably could have escaped if we had not gotten stuck on a two of the puzzles, but that’s the game! I recommend at least 4 intelligent adults. We had our two kids, one of which just likes rooms for their set and doesn’t love the puzzles. Two more logical adults and we would have gotten out. We were close. Once you get through the first part, not linear, so you can split up and work with a partner while others work on completely different puzzles. I really really like this one. Wish we had gotten out, but would still recommend!

Mission: CopánMission: Escape CartersvilleEscape roomIRLWe are local to this room and have waited for the crowd to die down before we participated. I like that they allow for a private room that’s not $200-$300. We had 5 people and that was the max I would do this one with. There are some tight spaces, so more than 5 could be a little crammed. The effects and the gameplay are super! Love the initial puzzle. It really gets you into the gameplay and theme. No locks and keys, which is always a plus! I highly recommend for anyone with younger kids or noobs.
