Grimm
The Lost Room Escape Adventures
Escape room
IRL
The Lost Room (master key) was one of the first rooms I had done and it remains to be my favorite location for escape rooms. Grimm DID NOT disappoint. I can’t wait to get back to complete Krampus… however, that does mean that we will be finished with the Lost Room and that makes me sad. The owner of this location puts a lot of heart and passion into his rooms and it shows. The puzzles are in line with the story and certainly novel. If you enjoy being spooked, I recommend.

We left this room blown away. Wanting more of whatever countdown games is selling. If you have never done an escape room, this one may be difficult, but doable. If you love escape rooms like my family does, you will LOOOOVE this room. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more immersive and well-thought out escape room before. We drove in from out of town to go to this particular room and we left awe-struck. Worth the drive and worth the effort. The puzzles were innovative and the mechanics and technology were like we’ve never seen before. I can’t say enough amazing things about this room. We can’t wait to do more with Countdown Games!!! If they had availability, we would have booked immediately!

This may be my absolute favorite escape room I’ve done. Countdown games is, hand’s down, the most immersive and novel rooms you will play. We have done murder mansion, pirate ship, and the scary one, but Time Machine was amazing. The puzzles are thought provoking, difficult but doable, and thematic. The set is so nostalgic and brings you back in time. Loved the final puzzle the most! Highly recommend if you want a fun family friendly fly game!

This was a HARD one. We probably could have escaped if we had not gotten stuck on a two of the puzzles, but that’s the game! I recommend at least 4 intelligent adults. We had our two kids, one of which just likes rooms for their set and doesn’t love the puzzles. Two more logical adults and we would have gotten out. We were close. Once you get through the first part, not linear, so you can split up and work with a partner while others work on completely different puzzles. I really really like this one. Wish we had gotten out, but would still recommend!

This has been my favorite room I’ve done and what started my ‘obsession’ with escape rooms! The puzzles are really fun and once you figure out what is needed, it’s so fun to figure out. Immersive and exciting! I can’t say enough positive things about this room. I can’t wait to get back to Helen to do more.

If you need a ‘party’ idea for your young(ish) game-lover… this is the room and it will not disappoint. If you’ve never done an escape room or you’re an enthusiast like myself, this one is a great room! Prepare to be getting your steps in!

Very immersive and original. Never done a room with puzzles like these. Easy for anyone who frequents rooms, but still highly recommend.

I had done the Cracken’s eye in PF a few weeks before and was told I should really try this one as it was a favorite among the Gatlin’s Escape Game Masters. It was a lot of fun and novel puzzles that were very thematic. This goes down as a favorite of mine.
Southport School for Wizards

My children loved this room. My husband and I enjoy immersive rooms and this one did not disappoint. The puzzles were not too complicated for our 10 and 12 year old, but difficult enough for the adults to enjoy.

This company blew me away. There is only the one room for now at this location, but I recommend them if you want an immersive experience. They put a lot of thought into the effects and story. The puzzles are like ones we’ve never done. Can’t wait for the other rooms to open here.
