Treasure IslandBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLMy partner and I played this room after the laboratory and you can tell the business went all out for this room. The props, decorations, theme, and puzzles are all really immersive. There are several Easter eggs and little goodies hidden around that made us laugh. We did struggle a little with just the two of us. This room would definitely be easier with a group of 4-5. The puzzles don’t have to be solved linearly so you can divide and conquer. This room is a lot more physical puzzles then high tech puzzles which I definitely enjoyed
Irvine School Of Wizardry And The Dragon WandHidden DonkeyEscape roomIRLMy partner and I were recommended this room by another business and it did not disappoint. The use of wands, spells, and potions is such an amazing experience for anyone who is a fan of the wizarding world. One of my favorite parts is when you are struggling or need a hint, it’s provided by one of the characters in the story not the GM. I definitely wouldn’t recommend a group bigger than 3-4. The puzzles don’t have a lot of elements that need to be divided and conquered. Plus it would be a real squeeze in some of the rooms with bigger groups.
Enchanted [prev. Warlocked]Redondo Beach [prev. Quest Room]Escape roomIRLTo be honest, this was the easiest room I’ve ever done. The puzzles were straight forward and very obvious. There wasn’t anything particularly challenging. We have to ask for one clue. The set design and atmosphere was great all of the details were really cute and fun. It just wasn’t a satisfying solve
Black CatPlanet Escape RoomEscape roomIRLAbsolutely loved this room. I’ve completely over 15 escape rooms and this one was easily top 3. The room is super immersive and the decorations are incredible. Loved the mix of mechanical and technology puzzles. The story was really well thought out and the narrator was clear and a pleasure to listen to. I think this room is a little bit harder than medium. It’s not impossible but you have to work for it
The Mad Scientist [prev. The Laboratory]Brain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis room was the first one my team did at this location and it was fun. The interior design and story aren’t out of this world but the puzzles were fun to solve and satisfying. This room is easy with 2 people. I’d also recommend if for first timers it’s an easy step into escape rooms

An Office EscapeCinema Escape Rooms - Los AlamitosEscape roomIRLThis room was incredible. All of the elements of the show that were brought into this room make it really fun and enjoyable. There are so many little Easter eggs that just add the experience of solving this room. Highly recommend
AmnesiaQuest Room - Culver CityEscape roomIRLThis room was extremely easy. The puzzles only took very simple logic and observation skills. The room was really suspenseful and had creepy props and moments which made it more fun. But it definitely wasn’t a challenge.
Special Ops: Mysterious MarketThe Escape Game - IrvineEscape roomIRLI have had this game saved for a long time and it was worth the wait. The escape game as a company always have really elaborately decorated rooms and the great mix between mechanical and electronic puzzles. This game was no different. All of the rooms were well designed and had very satisfying puzzles to solve. It wasn’t my top 5 of all time but it was really fun
