No red herrings. We met the owner and he was just so, so kind and really had a passion for escape rooms. We didn’t do great but we had fun still, will definitely come back for the other rooms.
7 DwarfsOnce Upon an EscapeEscape roomIRLOf all the fantasy driven rooms I’ve done, this is my least favorite. The clues and gameplay were pretty pedantic. We asked for help using the iPhone given and it took 3 minutes to get s response. A lock was already open in one of the room.

Only problem for me is a lot of the red herring in the room and a ton of steps that require at least 1-2 mins each just waiting for things… I don’t want to ruin it but yeah, lots of built in wait time and convoluted story.

The only thing I don’t like about The escape game is the non private rooms. There’s A LOT to go through here so it’s important to play with >5 ppl. I think I enjoyed the other rooms better.
