Curse of the Hidden TempleExpedition EscapeEscape roomIRLThis was one of the most high tech rooms I’ve done. No locks. Amazing. Great story. Our GM Anna was awesome. The owners are very thoughtful and put great care in designing these rooms. We’ll be going back to finish the others for sure. Some very unique puzzles and although the theme we’ve done before, it didn’t feel that way. A “must do” when in the Philly area.
The Blind Tiger SpeakeasyExpedition EscapeEscape roomIRLAmazing experience. We got to talk with the owners who are very passionate about Escape Rooms. Our GM Anna was THE BEST! Overall, was the best Speakeasy themed room I’ve done. Puzzles were unique and a good mix of tasks that allowed for multiple teams to work on. A few Easter eggs, as well as fun “red herrings.” We were able to do both premium and middle grade rooms there. Despite this, all rooms we did were high quality and very enjoyable.
Help Not WantedThink Solve EscapeEscape roomIRLOur group was torn here. One person did not like this room, one person liked it, one really liked it (despite the weak story). They really need to change the story, because it doesn’t match the potential of this room. Lots of production value. Also, felt very “corporate” at this location. Lots of AI. Staff was friendly though.
Quest For The ThroneExpedition EscapeEscape roomIRLAlthough this wasn’t a “premium” room, it was still lots of fun. Very well kept up. Owners are awesome. GM Anna killed it again. We’ve done quite a few knight rooms and this one was unique for sure.
Legend of the YetiThe Escape Game - DowntownEscape roomIRLYeti was a great changeover from the old gold rush rooms. They took advantage of the space. Overall, the room was ok. There were some fun elements for sure, and a couple really unique puzzles, but lots of older lock puzzles. We went with a couple of newer folks and they made the room a little challenging (ie not checking codes, locks, screens). Also were in a group of 6, which was tight in the various rooms. Great company and great staff though. Always are!
Ruins: Forbidden TreasureThe Escape Game - Berry HillEscape roomIRLDefinitely one of the better commercial games. Newer room and big. Story was solid, puzzles were unique, space looked awesome. Game guides and staff were very inviting. Highly recommend.

SabotageThe Escape Game - Opry MillsEscape roomIRLSTRESS! So, I had a great time and really happy/glad we did this room. That said, not my cup of tea. The idea is really unique and the folks here are amazing as usual. We competed against the computer (not another team, which is an option if you don’t buy the open slots). Not sure if that would have felt any different, but again had a great time.
NashvilleThe Escape Game - Berry HillEscape roomIRLObviously unique to Nashville, I think it’s worth going to but not in my top favorite. Older room, but still relevant. Lots of “visual” clues, so bring a keen eye!
AliceQuest HouseEscape roomIRLWe’ve done a few Alice Rooms now and this one was perhaps the best. Story and puzzles were good/great. The game guide was amazing. Our biggest issues were just that it was super dark, it was really hard to hear anything (both the guide and when you completed tasks and things “clicked”). Had a great time in Italy though!
The Roosevelt Escape RoomPalace GamesEscape roomIRLThis was a great room. I don’t think it was in my top 10, but we had a really fun time. This might have been the largest in terms of scale and scope, as well as number of puzzles. You really need 2-3 small groups if you want to get a top score, but with a small group it’s doable to finish in the allotted time. This was our first at the palace, and we plan on doing the rest for sure. Great staff too!

Stabbin Cabin404 Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWe don’t do many scary or spooky rooms, this one had just a little touch so was fine. Unique “find the killer” room. A few jump scares, some cool puzzles. Lots of things to do, and story/room setup was lots of fun. Had a great time.
A Night At The CastleThe Escape Room USAEscape roomIRLOverall it was a fun room. Older and was cutting edge 7+ years ago. Story was great. Unique puzzles and story was great too. That said, it’s old and needs some TLC. Some clues and puzzles were not logically connected. Those with mobility issues should 100% avoid.

Escape the SpeakeasyEscape It GrandviewEscape roomIRLWe’ve done a couple Speakeasy rooms, this was one of the better ones for sure. Lots of locks, but also lots of high tech. I enjoyed the blend. A couple tricky but solid things to work through.
The Secret of the Serpent SanctumFind and SeekEscape roomIRLOverall it was a good but difficult room. Some of the puzzles didn’t flow as well as similar rooms with the same theme. Especially towards the end. Game guide wasn’t paying super close attention unfortunately, so was giving clues to puzzles already solved. There were some unique puzzles for sure though. Solved 99% of the room, so close…
