There were some puzzles that we haven’t seen before which was cool. Some others were classic but implemented very nicely. I would absolutely recommend this room as a fun challenge with friends. It’s perhaps a bit easy if you have done many rooms but really great if you only played a few.

Escape from The Runaway TrainTokyo Mystery CircusEscape roomIRLWe played it in english without any issues. The GMs are helpful and you play with a tablet in english. I liked the game as a whole, like many others mention, to solve the last wagon you should be prepared to pay 1000 yen for a replay card that gives you 10m and the hints. Either that or you need to be an expert who pays attention to everything. The props were nice and i saw a few unique puzzles that i havent seen before or thought of. In this sense it was a great room and i recommend it for anyone passing by in Tokyo :)

The puzzles are traditional but still varying and still managed to confuse the team a bit in a good way. It’s one of my favourites so far from TripTrap!
CountdownGreat Room EscapeEscape roomIRLOverall a standard story fitting the theme. There are some puzzles that need good attention to details and remembering things you have encountered, which I liked a lot. It’s also a bit of a high-tech room so the puzzles are interesting. Overall I would recommend it, we did it with 2 persons and had fun!
ParanormalAlcatraz Escape Games [prev. Escape Utah - Castle of Chaos]Escape roomIRLThe room was good, probably you need more than 2 people to escape unless you are really good. This game kind of requires you to solve many of the puzzles in a certain order, so if you are missing a piece you may spend a lot of time looking for that. This room really requires a lot of looking around and examining everything in the smallest detail to not miss any clues, because then you may get very stuck. Best with 4-6 people I think. The props are very nice and the GM very nice too :)
The Serial KillerAlcatraz Escape Games [prev. Escape Utah - Castle of Chaos]Escape roomIRLThis room is very immersive and really nice! We did it with 2 players and it was quite straightforward. In the beginning we were quite stuck (literally) for a while but that was also fun! The room has some unique puzzles and setups. If you like murder mysteries this room is for you! Probably it’s even better around Halloween since it’s in a themed haunted house with amazing props.
Zodiac Serial KillerFox in a Box MiamiEscape roomIRLThis room is very high quality! Some of the puzzles are quite unique and the props are amazing! There is a very unexpected part of the room to discover. I liked this room a lot, it’s worth the price! We did it with only 2 persons and 17m left on the clock, enjoying every minute!
Rogue Agent - CLOSEDEscape on 13thEscape roomIRLThe room had a fun story and the props were fitting. We managed to do the room with 2 players so depending on your experience that may be doable. The clues we missed were quite obvious in front of us, all in all this room had a good flow. Very nice and helpful GM!
Stripclub Escape R18 - CLOSEDRotofobia Escape AdventureEscape roomIRLIf you are in the area and over 18 I would recommend this game as a fun and medium to hard level challenge depending on your team size. The puzzles were interesting and it was most of the time clear what was the next step. Overall it was a fun room!
The Candy Factory - CLOSEDConfinement - TaupoEscape roomIRLThis room had some quite challenging puzzles and again a medium and hard level with the hard level being that the players have time to continue the game for an additional room. We finished the difficult level in barely 1h with 2 persons. One of the last puzzles is very difficult to understand how it connects to the hints that are given. Overall I liked it!
The Hunting LodgeConfinement - TaupoEscape roomIRLReally fun room with some red herrings but a good flow to the game. There are clues readable with a given iPad from qr codes that are found around. The game has a medium and advanced level depending on how far you go in the game.
The Defenders [Outdoor]Confinement - TaupoEscape roomIRLThis is an outdoor mystery game that gives you a bit of a tour around Taupo. If the weather is okay for being outdoors I absolutely recommend this for tourists as a nice way to see some memorable spots. It’s a game about finding certain spots and taking selfies so it’s quite fun when walking around. There is a mystery box to open, beware that “walking down the street” refers to the big street where you find the escape room.

The Amsterdam CatacombsLogic Locks - The Amsterdam CatacombsEscape roomIRLReally fun and immersive experience! The game master and assistants are amazing! And yes, it’s a scary room! This is one of the best escape room I’ve played, for me a shared 1st place with the Trippolyte Cinema in Geneva. A must-try if you are in Amsterdam.

Hôtel Las VegasEscape Etoy - Escape GameEscape roomIRLA fun room with lots of props and a funny story. Sometimes it was not clear if we were doing the right thing but that simply added to the fun! A good and quite standard room with some nice details and many items inside, worth doing!
