The Ministry Of Peculiarities
Escape room
IRL
This was a nice experience, it was not meant to he scary but I was a bit. The live actors made the experience unforgettable from when we entered the lobby. Innovative puzzles and surprised how we were able to do certain “things” that usually are part of the “No” rules. I cant wait for their other rooms if it was going to be like that we experienced. Continue hiring the right staff cause so far amazing experience. Very immersive, puzzles range from easy to hard.

The story was cute. Looks were definitely deceiving from when we first stepped in. We thought we were done but it kept going. Very innovative with the use of space they had. Setting felt more immersive as we progressed. Some puzzles were hard and some puzzles were straight forward. My favorite puzzles were at the end, very creative and different. I like how they really pushed the “Time Machine” concept throughout the experience. I usually have expectations/preferences for how a game should end and they met it.

This room is cute and the puzzles were tech heavy as well. It was a refurbished décor from a previous room escape company. The same game master did this room as well and we did it with 4 people. The room was easier with 4 but could have done with 2-3 advance players. It had many gems/references to many different popular tv shows and movies. What was funny was the room offered refreshments while in the room, which was a surprise. Highly recommend to do all their rooms if you are far from the location.

Excellent game. It was definitely one of the scary ones. Live actor was great. Puzzles were kinda of hard with the fear factor. Room is doable with 2 with experienced players but you would have to pay for minimum of 4. The business as usual is high end, great decoration and atmosphere. Things were high tech. Small space for such an exciting room. Game master was nice and made the room enjoyable to distract us from fear factor.

The room is immersive, the whole place is the room. Gamemaster was nice and fun to talk to. Made the room fun and interactive. The puzzles were fun, hard, and some were different from what I had done in the past. The room was mainly nonlinear so its best to bring a good size group to play. We thought we would go through quick but we almost ended up using the full 90min. Best strategy is to divide and conquer. Also make sure to make time for parking it could be difficult. Thank you again to the game master! I hope the company makes more rooms!

I finally got to play this room, it was so much fun and different. The puzzles were not so straightforward and not the typical padlock / code. The game master was very nice and helpful, she knew when to help, intervene, and get us through the story. Very immersive feeling and very cute set design. Definitely need at least four people to make it easier? But I can see how some people could do it with only 2. One of the items were broken but it would have been interesting if we had to do it. 😂 I am very excited for their next room, I can see the place really cares to give everyone a different type of room escape experience.

Very amazing room and high difficulty because team work is key. Very immersive and different game play. I do like being able to come back and try different characters but I feel like if you have good memory, the puzzles would be remembered even if you were a different character from before. Not as scary as people are hyping it up to be, more thriller/spooky.

Oh man this room was hard due to so much stuff to do and puzzles were nonlinear. I really liked the atmosphere and immersive feeling. I really liked how the gamemaster was really into the game and into the story. It was so much fun though and I liked how we all had to do something, there was no time to be idle. The ending was so cute. I really hope everyone tries this room, but make sure there are some seasoned players in the group. I am excited to try their other rooms next time.

The puzzles were kind of linear, but all made sense. Very interactive and immersive, gamemaster was amazing and fun. It was not as difficult with 2 players (1 experienced vs 1 semi experienced). I could see experienced players finish it quickly. I took my time to enjoy the setting and puzzles. Well worth it!

Wow this was an “immersive theater” for sure. It is pricey and I was scared a bunch of times. Make sure you come in with an open mind and have fun with it. As usual it is not puzzle heavy or difficult because of the performance. Be prepared for physical work!! For horror fans. I went with a couple and they posted in our forum, bring a “skinny person” hahaha.
