This is my absolute favorite room and I can’t imagine anything coming close to matching it, let alone topping it. The theme is aces, atmosphere is fabulous, sets are beautiful and intricate, our GM Kyle was wonderful… I don’t want to give anything away, so I’ll just say this: if you want a truly magical, mysterious, joyful experience, then play this room. Highest recommendation, 10/10 wands.

Everything from top to bottom in this room was so well thought out and seamlessly executed. The set design is incredible, the story is creepy, but we still had a lot of laughs working our way through. I don’t do well with “horror,” but I survived and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our GM, Lexi, was great! Not going to say much more because I don’t want to give anything away. Highly recommended!

To start, I’ll just say that I’m a bit of a chicken when it comes to scary stuff. That being said, everyone at Escape Ventures is really wonderful and they acknowledged my trepidation, made me feel more comfortable, and provided a fabulous (and yes, spooky) experience. The ambiance, the decor, the interaction - it was all incredible. Gameplay was a nice mix of easy/medium puzzles, nothing had us banging our heads against a wall. Everything made sense and progressed us nicely through the story. Highly recommended!

We were fortunate enough to beta test this room, but I wanted to wait to see the fully fleshed out finished product before writing my review. I carefully planned to make sure this would be our 100th room because we wanted to mark the occasion with a truly special experience. TEV is so highly regarded for a reason. They craft fully immersive experiences and this was on a whole other level. The set design is out of this world. It’s incredibly atmospheric. You feel like you’ve been transported. The sounds and the environment make you feel the cold, the storm, the urgency. The GM’s involvement is fun and not overdone. The variety of unconventional and creative puzzles is fabulous. Going through “officially” after beta testing, we got to take time to enjoy all of the little touches - the new decorative elements, the puzzle tweaks, the polish and razzle dazzle. This is truly a special and unique experience. The theme is not one we’ve ever seen and the TEV team absolutely knocked it out of the park on all levels in all facets. This is a must-do room.

What an absolute delight this room is! From the moment you step foot inside, you’re struck with how beautiful and detailed the set design is. I found myself lingering in different areas because they were so striking. The atmospheric sounds and lighting really add to the immersion and pull you into the story. The humor and easter eggs were fabulous - I was laughing and delighted throughout the entire experience. The puzzles were great and everything flowed really well. Would very highly recommend for both enthusiasts and new players.

This is a must play room, full stop. So beautifully crafted with a hilarious storyline integrated in every aspect of the set design and puzzles. You can tell how much time and care went into this room and it was well worth the wait. Puzzles were unique spins on classics and it had the hallmark charm of Doldrick’s other rooms. Even with the minor issue we had, this was one of the best rooms we’ve done in a good while. Definitely play this room!

This room came highly recommended and for good reason! The entire experience was really fun and exciting. There was a great mix of physicality and tech. The theme was unique and totally worked with the decor/story. We over-thought a few things, although we always do that. Our GM was a hoot. You should definitely pledge the frat, bro!

This room is so much fun! The story was great, the atmosphere was perfect, and the puzzles were challenging enough without leaving us feeling completely lost at sea. It requires a lot of strong communication and teamwork to progress. Found myself laughing and bouncing around from task to task. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend, 10/10 seashells.

This experience is spectacular. The set design is next level. You could pick this room up and place it at Universal Studios and it would not seem out of place at all. It’s that good. The story, the ambiance, the sounds, the tension… All so fantastic. Our adrenaline was pumping all throughout. This one kept us on our toes and peeking around every corner. The ending was ridiculously amazing and delightful. Just loved it.

This room has such a unique theme. Very playful with an excellent use of props. The puzzles all fit thematically, which made for a really well-rounded experience. We’ve played the original version in Kissimmee, as well, and enjoyed spotting the differences between the two. Recommended for sure.

There was a door left unlocked during reset, which just meant we did a few puzzles out of order. Didn’t really detract from the experience, thankfully, and our GM was very apologetic.
