This was a terrible experience, start to finish. I hate to have to say this because the idea sounded really cute/fun, but it was shockingly awful. They tell you straight off this is not a traditional escape room, but that’s not what we took issue with. The “puzzles” were tedious and repetitive. A lot of items were unresponsive or broken, but the game host denied them when we mentioned it after. The clue system rebooted itself when we were trying to tell them something wasn’t working. When it finally came back up, the pre-programmed hint told us to do what we were already trying to do. The video game animations and cut scenes took ages to load, so we were left sitting wondering what we were meant to be doing. We were short-changed on the time - it was meant to be a rescue as many robots as you can in 60 minutes experience. They started us late and ended us early. Turns out, that was merciful because we absolutely did not want to be forced to do that anymore. This was bad. Save your money.
