We got out in about half the time but in most games that would be a negative, but this room is still so much fun! Varied puzzles something for everyone to do. Good storyline. Great use of props. Owners are absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable. Great room for families.

The story is flimsy. The puzzles don't make sense. The upkeep for the room is poor. You are only allowed 6 hints. Not sure what happens if you use all 6 and aren't done. Poor customer service. Broken puzzles. Watching the game master struggle to show us how the last puzzle worked was tough to watch. Do not go to this location.

So easy to talk to and customer service was amazing. Seamless puzzle flow, cool props, great immersion and varied puzzles. Something for everyone to do. Even smaller kids (things to find that taller people might not see). Don't let the theme make you think this is only for children. This room is plain fun! Had me and my friend laughing the whole time. Overall enjoyable experience. Can't wait to see what is in store for this company. More rooms to come as well!

The game master just stands in the hallway the entire time, it was a bit awkward and if you need hints you need to make your way to ask them. Our GM wasn't good, no time updates and inattentive. Failed the room because she didn't know how to give hints. Otherwise great set and hard puzzles, with lots to do. Not the safest area so go early in the day.

Its more thrilling than scary. So many cool puzzles i have never seen before. The set made my jaw drop. This is the future of escape rooms.

An amazing room PACKED with puzzles and things to do. We did it with 6 and got out in 1 hour 35ish minutes. I know other groups of 6 have done it an an hour but there is no way you are enjoying the amazing set pieces and theming.

There is a lot to do in the back half that is very tedious and detail oriented and we ran out of time. And we are experienced (150+ rooms each for the 4 of us), Not for beginners at all, probably would be best to book the room in back to back hours. Set and tech was amazing, although trying to scan a QR code to stop your time in the dark with no light feels a little cheap.
