“Easily in the top 3 best escape rooms my friend and I have ever done, and we’ve done hundreds. It’s fun, challenging but not frustrating, and the set design is incredible! There are such cool and surprising details and you really become emersed in the 1950s diner atmosphere. 11/10. Highly highly recommend!!! Also, Expedition Escape as a whole is an excellently-run business with the kindest staff! We spent 4 hours there doing 3 rooms and it was fun chatting with everyone staff member we met. It is absolutely worth coming here!!”

“Loved the theming and clever puzzle design of this room. We had Anna as our game master and she was fantastic. The production value was very high, and all the puzzles felt very fair even where we got stuck. We finished with about 18 minutes to spare as a team of 2.”

“Fun and thematic puzzles with a refreshingly low stakes theme and just the right amount of comedy. It hides its tech well, making it feel lower tech than it actually is - and that illusion was created with intention, to lean into the aesthetic. Highly impressed with the GM, who went above and beyond - not just with the room hints itself, but the all important "whoops we're having trouble finding the building" puzzle, as she offered remote turn by turn guidance when we were about a block away from the venue.”

“A very pretty, well laid out room. There was a lot of back and forth between different areas, which kept it interesting. Not super hard, but enough to keep two people pretty busy. Our host was terrific! I think we got out with 7+ minutes to spare (two people).”

“A fantastic room! The decor was awesome and a very fun sequel to bubbas BBQ. And no, you don’t have to have done bubbas BBQ to understand what’s going on. The atmosphere was on point and felt immersive. The puzzles were a fun mix of tech and traditional locks. Probably my favorite room at this location with The Cellar being a close 2nd.”

“Amazing room! This was our first room at Escapopolis and highly recommend it. My partner and I are escape enthusiast and this room blew us away. The theme and plot was on point. Puzzles were amazing and very interactive. Good for two or more players and enjoyable for all.”

“This room was so much fun!!! It was definitely challenging enough for intermediate players, and good for a large group of novice players. Advanced players will fly through this room! There were a lot of fun high tech puzzles and different types of puzzles and only one key! Which was very refreshing for us! The game play had us running but we loved that, a little creepy factor and we definitely loved that!! All in all it was a great room, great time and fun play!! Would def recommend!”

“My husband and I enjoyed doing the Revolutionary War room! The details and story fit the theme well, and the puzzles were interesting and had a good variety to them. Jeff was a great Game Master! We’ve done a few Revolutionary style rooms but agree this is our favorite.”

“Another good room at this location. We found this room fairly easy, as it only took us two about 34 minutes to escape. Still a good time. We thought our GM was really nice and told us about some of their other rooms. We will definitely come back!”

“I enjoyed this game! I played with 1 other person and there was plenty for us both to work on, although I can’t imagine playing with any more that 4 or 5 people. 10 (the max for this room) would be far too many - both in terms of space and # of puzzles. The set design is consistent with the theme, although not necessarily on par with the sets of their other rooms. There are lots of cute props that authentically match the storyline (which they let you hold in your victory picture!). My team used two hints during this game. The first was for a puzzle that I think could be slightly tweaked to make it flow smoother and the other was for something we totally should have gotten. The classic “omg how did we not think of that” moment. With the sheer number of complicated (in a good way) puzzles in Aunt Edna’s, we were proud of only asking for help twice. Jack, our guide, was lovely and was happy to chat with us about the room afterwards - we love a good debrief! If you are deciding on which game to play at this location, I’d recommend this one over Quest for the Throne, but I liked Blind Tiger Speakeasy & Lucky Dice Diner better.”

“This room is breathtakingly beautiful when you walk in. The puzzles were all fresh and exciting. There are some logic puzzle games, that give you a huge advantage if you already know how to play (example: like sudoku, but there is no sudoku in the room that’s just a parallel example to the game in the room). All the electronics worked well. One of my favorite rooms in a long time.”

“This is a really enjoyable wizard themed room, but it's not the best. That doesn't mean I wouldn't reccomend it, quite the opposite. It's challenging, thought provoking, and the immersion is excellent! Top 10 Room for sure!”

Though get a room or two under your belt, or it might be too much as it's not really a newbie friendly room.”

“I will preface by saying I did this room while extremely hungover, but it was still a great time! The room was VERY dark, but the puzzles really got you involved. The theming was really cool and immersive. The set pieces were quite impressive. We did this room under the impression it was 'Game of Thrones' related, but we just can't read haha even though I was incredibly sick and tired from my own doing, I have a fondness for this room. I just vividly remember the puzzles and theming. Very, very fun! 8/10”

Overall great room as fun game play!! We made it out of one of their most difficult rooms with just two players! Fun yet challenging!”

We loved this so much we immediately did the second room they have. The puzzles are clever, the room is themed well. The folks that run it really care.”
