“I wouldn't really consider this an escape room so much as an immersive escape experience. From the moment you step inside until the very end, you're fully immersed in the story. The only minor issue we had was figuring out how to enter the building, but once we were inside, everything flowed seamlessly. The set design is beautiful, with an incredible level of detail. The game master is part of the story, and their appearances are perfectly timed they never linger long enough to feel awkward, which really helps maintain the immersion. There aren't many puzzles, and most are fairly straightforward. This experience is much more about the storytelling and the journey than challenging puzzle-solving. The sound and lighting design do an excellent job of building tension and selling the drama throughout. We also loved the nod to The Goonies, which was a fun touch. Our whole group had a fantastic time, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a highly immersive, story-driven experience.”

It was amazing to see how the choices we made in Heresy completely altered the storyline, puzzles, and characters we interacted with in Madness. And then were different again the next day for our second playthrough. The actors are incredibly talented and truly bring the world to life. Watching Annmarie shift from innocent to intense, and Kat completely transform right before our eyes was spectacular. We enjoyed every interaction with all the characters at Doors, they're such a friendly bunch of people trapped in time. I absolutely cannot wait to return to explore the other storylines and see where our choices lead next! See y'all again a week ago, in nine months, and in 1917.”

“Despite a broken panel on a puzzle, this game had fewer issues than the first one for us. This was more actor- and story-driven than Heresy and the actors were perfect. (We didn't even realize the panel was supposed to be on until afterwards because the actors had come up with an in-story reason why it wasn't working.) The puzzles by themselves were also good. This is the better acting experience by far, but at the same time the one I care about replaying least (there are more endings but it appears to all take place in the same room). The randomness of the collectibles is unsatisfying in some ways, but this was one had more of them, so somehow felt better than the first one on that front.”

“The four of us really enjoyed this room. We still liked Temple of Light the best here but this was a close 2nd. Great theme. Fun puzzles/activities. Not as many puzzles/activities as some rooms but it was enough to keep all four of us busy for 45 mins. But, I would not want more than 4 people in this room. There was an in-room actor but she didnt really add much or participate much like the actors in the other rooms. Even still, Keepers continues to create awesome rooms and IMO this is a must do.”

We’ve been impressed by this chain and definitely think it stands out when compared with other chains. I would definitely say this room is kid friendly and a great starter room. Our 6 year old is now hooked (like us) as this was her first room. Great experience all around.”
