“A fantastic 2-hour experience. The storyline was fantastic, great puzzles, beautiful set, and a really well-designed game. We ran it with 2 people and didn't quite make it in time. The puzzles were innovative and challenging but approachable. We only had a few where the puzzle itself really got the best of us. Another detail - if you or anyone in your group has color vision issues, you may find some of the tasks extra challenging - but the nudges from your fantastic game master will be there to help you through. We did TWO rooms at Hidden Gems while on our Richmond road trip and so glad we did.”

“8.5/10 This room instantly made our jaws drop, purely based on the size of it. We would definitely recommend coming into the game with 4 players. The story of the room was great and a great story mixed with very immersive features, like actual sand in the tomb, really make this a high quality room. There were a few non-linear puzzles throughout the room that you will either know, or you won’t know. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t know them and knew we would have to use back to back to back hints in order to solve them. We wish there was a bit more direction when solving these puzzles. We highly recommend this room!”

“Another spectacular room by Gnome and Raven! The rooms itself are so wonderfully decorated that I just want to spend time looking at all the details. We did the intermediate room and finished pretty fast. Our game master brought in another puzzle to complete since we had finished with 20 minutes still left. We always have a great time at this venue and are very excited for their new room this summer!”

“Overall, everything was fantastic. GM was great, the set was amazing, and the puzzles were fun and inventive (especially once you get past the 1st section), but there were a few unused clues/red herrings that took me, personally, out of it just a little.”

“9.2/10 We did this room opening day so it had some hiccups. But overall it was an interesting game. Definitely great for DND fans and a really cool ending. Some of the puzzles were repetitive and there were a lot of red herrings whether intentional or not. Overall a good experience!”

“I was so scared in the best way with this escape room. Very clever story line and unique in comparison to other “asylum” type rooms. I loved the layout of the the whole escape room and I thought the puzzles were really fun and creative!”

I thought even the story for the room was very well written and crafted so that you become even more immersive into the room the minute you enter to start escaping.
