MagnificoEscaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLTo call this an escape room is an understatement. This is an escape experience. From the moment you see the entrance of the room you are transferred to the world of magnifico. You get attached to the characters and the story sticks with you. The set is massive, and that’s only bettered by the great puzzles, and the fact you get to experience this for over two hours. Staff was fantastic as always and one even recognized us from the night before. Twas goated
La Cathédrale Oubliée [The Forgotten Cathedral]Escaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLHoly shit this rooms so good. Puzzles were so high tech and unique. GMs/ actors were also phenomenal and sooooo good. Set and atmosphere was so good and so much better than anything I’ve ever done before. Each new room we walked into just wowed us even more. Ts peak bruv
Ghost PatrolTrivium GamesEscape roomIRLPuzzles were phenomenal. The room was very puzzle focused and it worked. As a team of 5 we always enjoy a non-linear room (which this was). The story / atmosphere was great as well, and the set was really well made. Very techy and fun.
Hope EndThe Ministry Of PeculiaritiesEscape roomIRLThis room is great. The puzzles aren’t too hard but all of them work and aren’t broken. This was my groups first rooms with live actors, and it definitely enhanced our experience. The story and atmosphere was great, and it is so rememberable. Staff was very nice and welcoming
Election DayAppleseed AvenueEscape roomIRLAmazing game. Half escape room half murder mystery. Set was phenomenal and worked really well with the story. Speaking of story, as a person who usually doesn’t really pay attention to the story in escape rooms, the story here was engaging and kinda fun. No lock and keys (yay) and all the puzzles were fun. Had a good mix of easy and harder puzzles, and my group of more expierenced players had a little trouble. Our GM was so funny and great. Super fun and unique room (there’s a reason why it’s 42th in the world).
Ctrl Alt RebootEscaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLAs with all escape rooms at this place it’s so good. Acting, story, set (wow), robots, it’s all so peak. Puzzles were all high tech and fun and interesting, set and atmosphere was fantastic. Staff was wonderful and their GMing/ acting is just so fantastic. Also Lumo ❤️
Mogollon Monster: Scouting for Arizona's BigfootThe Nemesis ClubEscape roomIRLThis room was great. From going through a “hidden” door to get to the place, and then entering the room, the atmosphere was always there. The story was great and it flowed. The puzzles were good, but the hardest ones were just looking around in the room for stuff, or that a sensor wasn’t working fully properly (in reality it was likely the Gm slowing us down by not pressing a button on her end). It is a little bit scary but not while you are actually playing in the room and solving puzzles. Overall it is a great room and an amazing atmosphere, but the puzzles themselves could be a little bit better
Sal's CyberneticsThe Immersive MachineEscape roomIRLRoom is very fun and unique. The room is very non linear (at one point there was 4ish puzzles we could do at once) and the puzzles aren’t too hard themselves so my group did it very quickly. The GM was amazing. He interacted with our group so well and after we escaped he even allowed us to have a little peak of what he sees and can do on his end during our escape. Set/ atmosphere was great and nothing was broken.
EVIL RobotsThe Nemesis ClubEscape roomIRLA very high tech game. Almost all the puzzles were very high tech. The puzzles flowed well and the set/ atmosphere was great. There was a little bit of searching but it wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t too hard, and all the puzzles were relatively straightforward.
Ink & AshesExodus Escape RoomEscape roomIRLRoom was great. No puzzle was amazing but everything was done well and right. The story was phenomenal and every puzzle and effect showed the story’s progression and worked with the story. GM was great. The many puzzles were difficult but very solvable and nothing was broken.
