Overall, a fun experience and our actor Maya was excellent. She was great!! Great set dressing, the puzzles left a lot to be desired

40 Thieves

MindTrap Escape Room - Temecula

Escape room

Easily the best room at MindTrap. Super fun room with a lot of great puzzles. Mostly non-linear with a fun end. We didn’t ask for any hints and were able to finish it with about 12 minutes left

Winnie The Pooh

MindTrap Escape Room - Murrieta

A super cute and fun escape room. Definitely a family game and one that has a very fun Winnie the Pooh storyline associated with it

It was pretty good. I think the puzzles were fine. A bit spooky tbh.

Enjoyed this one a lot! Pretty fun puzzles. A little frustrating because of the room layout but not bad overall. Pretty challenging

Treasure Island

Brain Games Escape Room

Easily one of the best rooms I’ve ever done. Incredible theming, incredible puzzles, huge room that feels like 2 escape rooms in one. They went all out on this room and it shows.

The structure of this game is perfect for nearly any kind of player. Whether you’re plan is to play it linearly or non-linearly, the open ended game let’s you choose how fast you want to go with group. Super fun room!

Brain Games Escape Room

A super fun room with a ton of puzzles. The layout and flow of the room feels great and let’s your party do this non-linearly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a challenge in puzzles

S.A.S.H.A: Home Of The Future

Wild Goose Escapes - Fullerton

Pleasant room and great for beginners. This is not a room for those that are seasoned escape room enthusiasts. I enjoyed it but we just completed it so quickly because of how easy the game was. Very well themed though!

The Overgrown

Escape Room Era - Anaheim

A great escape room. It had so many awesome elements even though it was relatively easy for an experienced group. Would highly recommend!

It was a really fun room with great puzzles. The set dressing could be better but overall we had a ton of fun. It’s actually kind of a hard room (we didn’t expect that). Some really clever puzzles!

The Lost Treasure of Captain Blackbeard

Nerdy by Nature Escape Rooms

Overall, it’s a fine room for people looking to get their feet wet doing an escape room. Nothing stood out here as a must see and the overall theming was weak. I appreciated the great customer service, but the game itself could’ve been a lot better. The room just felt old and worn out, the feedback in the room just wasn’t there (locks felt old and worn, unlocking certain things with tech felt aged/broken). Even the ending of the game feels completely unfinished.

Overall very enjoyable room. Technical problems hurt the experience, but outside of that very solid room. Had a lot of fun, wish there were a bit more puzzles. Good for new players or intermediate players.

Whatever Happened To The Garretts?

Maze Rooms - West LA

Nice room. A lot of tech in this room making it a ton of fun when puzzles worked well. Unfortunately, the puzzle density was very light which led to not valuing each room as much as we should’ve.

Captain Spoopy Bones and the Magnificent Quest For Some Other Pirate's Treasure!

Doldrick's Escape Room

Enjoyed this game a lot. Though it’s not in my top rooms played, it’s a solid room and one I’d absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a fun and challenging escape room. Cleanliness is top tier here and that matters a lot to us!

The Seventh Room

I wanted to love this escape room after hearing so many good things about it. It was a rough experience because a few of the puzzles weren’t working as intended. That caused some frustrations in our group, but the staff was kind and friendly. They took a lot of time talking to us afterwards. The staff is great here. I just wish the puzzles in this room were a bit more reliable and clear.

Operation Arctic Storm: The Final Meltdown

The Escape Ventures - Orlando Waterford Lakes

An extremely immersive experience. Though there is a lot of narrative in this escape room, the puzzles are no joke and super fun. One of the biggest escape rooms I’ve done. Highly recommend

Fun room, a bit easy. Puzzles were cool and well designed. Nothing super memorable, but worth doing if you’re looking for a good escape room
