Servants of SleightThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLWe had fun as a group in this room. We were excited after reading so many reviews as a must do room. We loved the gamemaster, she really made the game. The puzzles are not overly complicated which helps which helped us keep moving. The only thing is that if you played their North Carolina room you might find some of the same puzzles.
Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLI really liked the look and feel of this room, I really felt like I was at a fall fair. The puzzles were not overly complicated which helps when it's dark and spooky. I felt this room had a few similarities to another popular Florida room which is what makes that room so likable which was a bit of a "oh no" moment for me. The actor really makes this room fun and different.

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLWe enjoyed the experience and the concept of the room. We traveled 2 hours to escape this room after reading all the great reviews. The puzzles were not overly complicated which helped keep our group engaged. So many surprised moved this room up into our top 10 . Our only thumbs down are room did feel a bit tattered and worn. Also, a side note their bathrooms are a kinda gross.
Cinema 7Will To Escape - OrlandoEscape roomIRLWe loved the aesthetics of the room, it had a spooky theater vibe for sure. Some puzzles were not so obvious so we needed an extra nudge to figure them out. All the puzzles fit the theme nicely. Unfortunately, we were on the last puzzle and ran out of time. Some of the space is small so if you have a larger group you have to maneuver around each other just to see more of the space. We had asked the gm to nudge us if needed which could have gotten us to escape but he really didn't.
Magician's WorkshopEscape Room HerndonEscape roomIRLI loved this room! The room flow was perfect and the puzzles all worked well together and fit the theme. I have done a few magic rooms and this one really felt MAGICAL! The puzzles were not overly complicated with a good mix of tech and locks. We only got hung up once because we were not looking close enough. Great Room!
Train RobberyCyber Raccoon Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWe added this room to our list after hearing such great things about it. The room looked beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. At first the room was a little overwhelming with so much to see and touch but once we starting solving puzzles we got in a grove. A couple of the puzzles we needed help with because the answer was not obvious and we were told to guess which we are not a fan of in escape rooms. Especially when their rules before going in stress not to guess answers. We struggled the most with a lock that we could not open and were told to just follow the directions and we wasted so much time they had to eventually come in and open for us. Overall the room was just ok frustrating at times which made it just not fun.

The room isn't difficult which makes it a great for families snd newbies but challenging enough for seasoned players. Oh and it lightly smelled of chocolate a huge plus. 😀
The Return of the HorsemanCloak and Dagger Escape Rooms - HamiltonEscape roomIRLThe scale of this rooms is pretty impressive, it seemed to keep going and going. The room looked good and it had some interesting puzzles. One puzzle was pretty involved which left us having to reworking it over and over and just guessing at one point hoping were were correct. Even though the spae is large I feel it could have been utilized better but otherwise a good game if you are experienced. May be challenging for newbies.
Cryptid GroveEscape Room HerndonEscape roomIRLThe look and feel of the room was on point. There is a lot to look at and take in from the start a little overwhelming but in a good way. The room is heavy on locks and I am not opposed to locks but they used similar combinations and sometimes we were unsure what lock to put the answer into which caused some scrambling. The puzzles are not overly complicated but we had to be nudged at times to look at things because we just didn't see or notice the puzzle connections. There are a couple of puzzles we haven't seen for an "oh wow that was fun" moment. The ending was a lot of fun!
